Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

I had a very pleasant experience with the Sales Team. I had found a truck I was potentially interested in online, and Bobby was kind enough to meet with my wife and I on short notice. Unfortunately since we were coming from Tacoma, by the time we arrived Bobby was helping other folks. Bobby had respectfully excused himself, to say hi, and made sure my wife and I were taken care of by Hailey and her manager, Ryan. The entire sales team is fantastic, and transparent as can be. They are fair on their trade evaluations, and do not play the "hide the peanut" game. For example, if you find value on some of their optional add-ons, you are free to take it or leave it with no real pressure. If you can afford it, and plan to hold on to your investment for a long time, I think some of their offerings are more than worth while. Finance was also a pleasant experience. Lexi is amiable, and a straight shooter. She doesn't hold you in the finance office longer than she has to. She had everything ready before I step foot into her office, and was kind throughout the whole process. This dealership is truly amazing to work with. To put it into perspective, my wife and I had driven all the way down to Chehalis to make check them out because our experience at dealerships like Titus will wasn't all that impressive. In all, great truck, great people, and awesome experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Awesome Ford to anyone in the market for a New (or used) car.

I was able to have my appointment scheduled within the week. Loren and Beth are wonderful to work with, they are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! If you're looking for a tire rotation and oil change, they'll have you out the door in no time. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I did not feel as though anyone was trying to sell me something. I cannot recommend Jess Ford enough.

My wife and stopped by Uhlmann Ford just to see what were the prices of today's Ford truck. We met Bull Demers who didn't try to sell us anything when we said we were just window shopping. Bull was vey courteous and down to earth. He answered what little questions we had including a trade-in scenario I seriously doubted Uhlmann Ford would consider. When I told him I had a truck with a camper that I wanted to trade, Bull assured me it would not be a problem. The following weekend we brought our truck and camper to Uhlmann Ford with some skepticism. Bull met us and offered us coffee and other drinks. While the folks at Uhlmann Ford looked over our truck and camper, my wife and I looked at the new trucks on the lot. Bull met us after my wife and I had time to privately look at the trucks and he answered all our questions, including allowing us to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, we sat down to discuss our trade-in. Prior to arriving I research what a new truck should cost and what my trade-in should be worth. Bull brought forward the numbers, which surprised me as they were within a few dollars of what we were expecting. Bull didn't try. To sell us anything extra. We financed our vehicle through Ford Financial, which I thought was going to take a couple of hours, if not more. That was not the case, we were approved and walking out of his office with a new truck in less than 20 minutes. The atmosphere at Uhlmann Ford is that of a small country town, but they do business better than any big city dealer I have dealtz with in the past. I would strongly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from Uhlmann Ford and if you enjoy horses, ask for Bull Demers.

I purchased A new F-150 ,50+ K. all I asked for was for them to add the ford brake controller and I would pay there asking price, I was informed that this could not be done on the new 2017 model and I would have to go with an aftermarket unit. So I purchased it anyway, several days later I looked into an aftermarket controller and discovered that the ford controller could be added I called the same dealer anonymsly and surprise it could be installed and the part was in stock , I then asked if thay would do the right thing and put it in for me , the manager refused ,seyed the diel was done this was the same manager his name was Zaine that had the salesman lie for him. This was a very low thing to lie about as the option was under $300 to install ,I ask that if he is willing to lie about this what is he going lie about when you take your car in for servicaine

I recently purchased a Ford Fusion from Courtesy Ford in Poulsbo Wa. Unlike most automobile dealing, It was a very pleasant experience. During the process of buying the car the people I dealt with, the Salesman, the Sales Manager, and the Service Manager all impressed me as ethical and aboveboard. I researched the market before buying the car and got it for the price I intended to pay; no hassles. I understand that this dealer is under new ownership and management. I think they got it right this time and I will return on my next ford purchase.

Nice and Easy Sale, but no Follow Up or Follow-Through - JB

In my life, I've purchased many cars. Some transactions were an absolute joy and easy (in and out in 45 minutes for my Land Cruiser). Some transactions were an ordeal (5 hours of negotiating for our first Subaru Outback). We purchased a used Ford Fusion from this dealership earlier this fall. And the sales person was knowledgeable and friendly, but wasn't too flexible on the price, but that was ok. The sales process was very smooth. Our only contact with the service department on this vehicle has been very pleasant. So why only 3 stars? Once the deal was done, we haven't heard a peep from the dealer or the sales person. No thank you notes after the purchase, no phone call to see how we are enjoying the car, or any issues they need to take care of. When I purchased a used Avalanche from a nearby dealer, we got at least one communication a year (Christmas card with hand-written note) for years after the sale. When you come in and spend a lot of money on a car, you expect some sort of service AFTER the sale, and I hope this review will help the dealership improve on this. We love the car so far and I hope to be in the market for a newer truck within the next year. Whether I use this dealer or not is still in question. If I could give 3 1/2 stars, that would be a better reflection of our interaction with this dealership.

If there is a dealership that is the "real deal" this would be it. Off the beaten path and tucked neatly away in the middle of Monroe is this place. No pressure and an honest small-town feeling. This is the place to do business.My wife and i left with a very good feeling, one you will not find these days. Times are changing and the "on-line" trends are making things easy.Within 2 hours we were driving away in an incredible car at a great price. I would not hesitate to drop in here again for another vehicle and i wish i would have known about these guys years ago.There was no aggressive sales tactics, just a simple offer and a great deal. The staff is cooperative and made things go very smooth, my wife was very happy and still is talking about it.A business card and a handshake was all it took and keeping it simple and "to the point" was all it took. No tricks or tactics , just a simple "down to earth" approach. Talk to Grady and Russ (the owner) you will not be sorry.
