I would like to update my previous review. We had a complication with our Tahoe order do to this crazy market and the lengthy order time for the vehicle. Titus-Will came through in the end even though they basically could have sold the vehicle to someone else for $5,000 more. Thank you for your commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily recommend Titus-Will to all my friends and family.

Recently bought my 1st Cadillac from here. I think it must have been the best car experience I've ever had. Drew Dussault was there from beginning to end and made it effortless and quick. He worked with his team to get me the car sooner than expected and showed me that I was important. Everyone there made me feel welcome and was considerate of my time. I will Definitely be telling everyone about the great experience!

This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. With a 2 year warranty. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over

I shopped for a car two weeks straight. I drove the palisade at 3 different dealerships. I drove 4 other third seat suv’s. I came back to Titus Will to purchase and It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Came in to see how much they would give me for my trade. They matched another dealer’s price with no hassle. When I left to think about it, they didn’t pressure me or act pushy. Coralie was my sales lady, she knew I really didn’t prefer white and she got me the most beautiful color by trading to another dealership without me even asking. She has 20 years of experience and is so professional with so much knowledge. The finance guy was great. Came back to buy the car 3 days later and it was all detailed, stickers pulled off and full tank of gas. I highly recommend this dealership!

Took my Cadillac XT4 to McCurley to replace a transmission sensor. They had my car for 18 days. When it was delivered to me it was absolutely filthy inside! One panel was completely broke, drivers leather seat was sliced and scuffed. Drivers door panel was all scratched up and marks everywhere. The carpet and surrounding areas filthy, scuffed up and scratched. Speaker cover was smeared with a substance. White scratch mark on the exterior of door. Stay away from this dealership!

Raymond and the UAC staff were very friendly and patient while my husband and I were looking for a new car. Raymond took a look at the list of what I wanted in a car and, unlike all the other dealerships in Ellensburg, did not waste my time by showing me anything over my budget or that didn't match my criteria. I was looking for a car to replace one that was totaled in an accident, so since I currently had no car, Raymond drove the vehicle I wanted to test to my house and let me take it out for a drive with no pressure to buy. When my husband and I found our dream car at UAC, Raymond and Holly made the buying process extremely easy, and we did not feel rushed to sign any documents without thoroughly reading everything. In short, the friendly staff here was great at working with our needs and allowing us to purchase what we needed without pressuring us to purchase additional services that were not needed. This is the best dealership in Ellensburg, hands-down!

This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. She can hold lots of groceries too as well as office supplies for my work. Thank you to everyone at Ruddell's-

I went on Memorial Day to purchase a new car. They had the car I have been wanting forever, so I test-drove it and it drove like a dream. The clutch felt brand-new and it was smooth and quiet. When I went to go pick it up the car was dirty, there was over spray all over my car because they painted parts of the car while they were still attached to the car and my clutch was almost completely worn down. I took the car because I didn't want to drive my old car anymore and got halfway home when I realized there was no license plate on my car so I had to turn around and drive back to the shop to get the license plate. I get back on the freeway and the car is all over the road so I'm driving like a drunk. Well the cops thought I was drunk too so I got pulled over for a DUI and had to do a field sobriety test and people were driving past watching while I'm walking the line and touching my nose. After blowing a 0.0 the cops believed my story about the car. I drive the car home after and the check engine light comes on not even 2 hours after I picked the car up at the dealership. They were closed by this time so I decided to take the car back in the morning to have them fix my clutch and get the alignment fixed. It took them 4 days to look at it and tell me they weren't going to fix anything on the car. I sat down with the sales manager, Rich, and he told me that legally he couldn't do anymore free work on my car and he assured me that noone in his company ruined my clutch and he was as puzzled as I was about it. He was very rude to me and kept looking at his watch like I was wasting his time. I took the car and didn't even make it home with my clutch. I was stuck on the side of 405 waiting for AAA to come and pick up my car. I called to leave a message for the sales guy I bought the car from and the guy that answered the phone couldn't figure out how to send me to voice mail. He was also very rude to me. I am seeking legal counsel on this matter to see what I can do because those xxxxxxxx screwed me ROYALLY.

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left. The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service". I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those xxxxxxxx at the front service booths. Buh-Bye Bill Copps.
