The salesman that contacted me was very short with me on the phone, if he was busy he could've called when he wasn't. I have been to the lot before and they are very rude and the cars are really not all they say they are. I was giving them another chance. I told him I was gonna come in to do a test drive but I ultimately didn't go because on the cars.com app you can put in a lower down payment and it tells you the monthly payment. The car I was looking at was 3995, they want at least $1000 down, why? If people had it like that they would go somewhere with better cars. And this was on a 15 year old car!! Do not waste your time dealing with this dealership honestly. It's not worth it.

Dealer salesman Sam met me and was very professional, helpful and efficient in making the sale. When I discovered there was no spare tire and contacted Sam, he was willing to pay for the wheel (not in the original contract). The car as detailed and presented is a very good buy and the sales process was very expedient and professional. I recommend buying a car from Virginia Fine Cars.

My recent experiences with Advantage Certified Service and Sales have motivated me to write this review. I was attracted to Advantage Certified while searching for a specific car and found it on their web site. The site described the business model and the values by which they operate - selling and maintaining superlative products while providing superlative service and support to their customers. The site also contained comprehensive information on inventory items and many photos thoroughly depicting their cars. I called and spoke to Pauline, made arrangements to visit and had a very enjoyable experience seeing and test driving the car. I found all as was advertised and Pauline was knowledgeable and professional. I also enjoyed discussing Advantage Certified with John, who underscored the philosophy and values of the company. As a CEO who shares those same values, I found much I identified with and appreciated the candor and professionalism as well as the time John provided to my purchasing experience. My experience with Sean in Finance was equally informative and professional. In fact, my experience discussing the car was such a pleasant experience, I agreed to terms that same day. However, my experience didn't end there. Advantage Certified promises to deliver as nearly a perfect car as can be delivered. Consequently, I was told that I would need to wait a couple of days while a seal was replaced and overall service was completed. I then picked up the car, drove it home and activated the Sat Radio to find that there was a problem with the manufacturer's installed antenna. I then brought the car back. Andrew and Glenn handled the case, kept me informed during the assessment of the problem, gave me a loaner, and kept me informed of progress. Advantage Certified ordered replacement parts, coordinated issues with XM on my behalf, and solved the problem at no cost to me. If that isn't enough, while the car was test driven, it was discovered that the air condition compressor was not operational. Bryan, the Service Director, informed me that Advantage Certified had already ordered the new parts and that they would take care of the issue, again at no cost to me. While I need to wait a few extra days to pick up my car, I will take possession of the car in near perfect condition, saving about a $4K service bill, and thanks to a loaner, at no detriment to my logistical requirements. Needless to say, Advantage Certified has secured my patronage for many years to come - for service and future car purchases. There is no question in my mind that Advantage Certified has an established and understood corporate culture, values that are evident in the conduct and professionalism of its employees, and policies that are executed in keeping with advertised objectives. Great experience from start to finish! Our salesman was Jay. He found the right car for my daughter and was just so easy to speak with. Justin the store manager was absolutely phenomenal! I purchase a vehicle a couple years back with AutoMember and the management team was just ok. Now they have a new store manager in Justin and he is extremely pleasant! He gave us a gift bag and a air freshener for our vehicle and even had a balloon for my youngest child!

I am giving this shop an average grade, its not great, nor is it bad, just ok. First impressions are good, clean shop for an older mercedes repair facility. I was greeted promptly, but not 'friendly'. My father-in-law goes to this shop and it is fairly close (as can be in Northern Virginia with traffic). Told them what needed to be done, and to do an overall look over of the car. Did they repair the car, yes. But their work isn't 'clean' as I would like--which makes me suspect of the work that was performed. For example, there is a wing nut on the air filter cover. I know it was there because I inspected the air filter prior to taking the car in for repair. When the car was returned the wing nut was missing. I asked where was it? Was told we don't know, and you don't need it anyways since you have two clamps holding down the air filter cover. Seriously? You couldn't get a $.75 cent part and put it on to satisfy the customer? He did not accuse me of saying it wasn't on there to begin with--but just that you don't need that part. So, what other parts don't you need when you're fixing my car and not replacing because you forgot to put back on the car? Secondly, as I inspected the work that would be visible, I noticed they didn't put on the extra belt that was previously missing. I pointed that out and was told again, you really don't need it as there is one already there and the other is extra. Again, really? You think Mercedes Benz just put an extra pulley and belt there for the fun of it. There wasn't a, "Sorry, we'll put one on there right away" or anything--he just looked at me with a blank stare. The work that I was having done was on an older Mercedes, having the timing chain guides replaced. As they get brittle when they age, and can cause catastrophic damage if they break within the engine. The timing chain will lock-up and basically making the engine inoperable without an expensive rebuild. So, what did you not put in that repair because 'it wasn't necessary'. I don't know because I can't see their work. The car runs fine, but what surprises await because of shoddy work, I do not know. Go somewhere else. .

The vehicle purchased was presented as passing a valid VA inspection. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tires would not pass NYS inspection due to dry rot. The front hub assemblies were shot. The rear wheel cylinders are leaking. The front pinion seal is weeping gear oil. Falsifying a VA state inspection is a Class 4 offense, the VA state police have been notified, and due to "unclean hands" or in the vernacular "dirty hands" the sales contract which stipulates "as is" is null and void. See you in court...

My fiancée' and I recently purchased a used car from Frontline Ready Motors. It was such a pain free and stress free process. We are starting to build his credit and the financing company, Westlake, approved him without any run a rounds. To our surprise this even shot his credit score up 30 points! Richard and Patrick also guaranteed the car was in mint condition. They even provided a link to car facts and gave us a history of all the up keep maintenance services that the car received.We have had the car for a couple of months now and it runs great we love it! Apart from everything they have exceptional customer services. We highly recommended them :)

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from Marietta Auto Mart or Luxury Auto Mart. Especially do not deal with Finance Manager Joe Marek. DO NOT Trust Them!!!! Stay Away!!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress and hassle. They are extremely dishonest. I do not want what happened to me happen to anyone else. I now have to take them to court. I cannot believe a business would conduct business like this and have the owner accept this type of unscrupulous behavior. Please do your self a favor and find a reputable car dealer. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I want to warn everyone I can.
