Came in on a whim looking at some cars and Conner came out, introduced himself and started showing me some civics, he was extremely professional and polite while not pushing a sale on us, just very informative on the cars and pricing. When all was said and done what initially was a trip to look at cars, I ended up driving off the lot with one. Will be sending everyone I know who is tempted to look at cars to Conner, cannot stress out good of a salesman he is.

He led me to his desk and began the process of showing me the car I was interested in buying, and he started the examination of my trade in. My local dealers weren't so accommodating. I got a good deal that I was very happy with. Before traveling to pick up my vehicle, I negotiated all the details over the phone and through emails and texts with my sales consultant Davina Vega. It was an extremely easy process. Davina was quick to respond with updated information or answers to my questions. The Finance Manager, Chris Foddrell, couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Paperwork just takes time, but Chris did it as quickly as possible and didn't drag it out and wasn't pushy on an extended warranty or other add-ons. Stay away from this dealership if you need any type of repairs. Brought my car in for a CEL emissions issue, that should of been covered under warrant, and was quoted almost $1k to maybe fix the issue. Incompetent technicians who just want to throw parts onto vehicles without having the proper DTC codes. Dealership doesn't even have a Service Manager. Honda should be ashamed of this franchise. Great place to purchase a vehicle though. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the sales department. Maybe they should just close the Service department.

Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Did my research online first so I would know the value of my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. They directed me to the exact model I was wanting (an HR-V) and let me drive it without pushing me toward anything else or asking anything about financials. When I decided to purchase, they made the process smooth and allowed me to see various breakdowns with and without options and extras. They let me be the sole decision maker and never pushed anything on me. The one thing that did annoy me was the refusal to remove the destination fee, which I've always managed to get removed on all of my four previous new vehicles. I really wanted the vehicle, though, so I didn't argue too much. Overall, it was a friendly and efficient process. I would certainly visit this dealership again.
