I was given the best customer service I’ve received from a Porsche dealer a very long while. Doug is very knowledgeable and was overall excellent to work with. He went a love and beyond to help me and we chatted about Porsche cars for bit. I am impressed with the service department at this dealership! The people are so friendly and helpful and they don't treat people like just some other person (take a number). They work to resolve the issue as quickly as they can and you also get a free complimentary overall vehicle check. I had an appointment to get to and I was provided with a very nice car while mine was being serviced. You could not ask for better service than this!!!
