Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

I would never buy an extended warranty and I would never shop at Larry h. Miller bountiful. Two experiences: It cost $900 to replace a tail light on my ram truck. Not included in warranty. I had an electrical problem that was covered by warranty but it took over two weeks before the warrantor would even agree to ship the parts. I get cold sweats just thinking about going to their service.

Would definately recommend Jerry Seiner's Dealership in North Salt Lake. Kymani was great! He picked-up the ball when the salesperson I was working with left the Dealership. He was courteous, pleasant, responsive and in general easy to work with. Spencer also did a great job with my out-of-state DMV paperwork, and made registering in California a breeze. Wish you had a Dealership in Southern California!

Their service representatives suck. When you call they send you to voice mail or disconnect you. After trying to contact them all afternoon to no avail, I had my wife drive me to the dealership. My service rep was off all day. Another rep told me the car was fixed and checked me out. The only thing he would say was " I apologize". The service reps at Doug Smith in American Fork are the worst. They seem to get worse every time I take my Jeep in for repairs.

Mike, who was the Service Mgr on a Saturday morning, got me in without an appointment and fixed it while I watched. No charge and I was back on the road within minutes. No charge. Mike was very friendly and professional!

We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.
