I have always preferred LHM Bountiful over LHM Sandy, but over the last few visits, the service level has dropped. They used to deliver your vehicle back to the bay, remove their tag/garbage and the cars wer over the last few visits, the service level has dropped. They used to deliver your vehicle back to the bay, remove their tag/garbage and the cars were washed. They no longer do this. They just hand you your keys and point to where you can try to find it on the lot. The people are still very nice and they communicate well though. They also still treat my vehicle well (return it basically in the same condition they get it (plus the repair or maintenance)) I just used to appreciate when they tried a little harder. More

Mr Robert Townsendand the L. H. Miller bountiful family were amazing! I stopped by for a safety recall and Robert contacted his parts team to get it ordered. Less that 2 weeks la H. Miller bountiful family were amazing! I stopped by for a safety recall and Robert contacted his parts team to get it ordered. Less that 2 weeks later, they had me come in, ubered me home and a few hours later, ubered me back to retrieve my vehicle. Thanks a million. More
