Typical dealerships xx. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
