(Jag is a 2011, so I have had the car in for various things at least ten times. Service always great. Kevin Sturgess my service manager is great.

My experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by one of the staff (Jacqueline) who were incredibly attentive to my needs. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped, making the wait for my car to be serviced quite pleasant. The service itself was top-notch. What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty throughout the process. They communicated clearly about the repairs needed. Although there was a little surprise about the final bill but was quickly corrected when I pointed it out to Jacqueline. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center.
