I'm extremely frustrated! I purchased my 2020 Lincoln Navigator from Jim Bass Cars and Trucks on February 26, 2024. It only had 28,000 miles. Since then, it has been serviced at both Jim Bass and Rogers Lincoln six times. Jim Bass even kept it for three weeks. I gave birth in August 2024, and my husband had to pick it up while I was being discharged! The same electrical problems keep occurring. My breaking point was in December when the car locked my 4 month old son inside! Lincoln has updated their app. I can now access the full service history! I’m absolutely furious to discover that the previous owner had the same electrical issue serviced FOUR times! I usually avoid buying used cars, but I thought I was making a smart choice to save money for our IVF. Instead, I feel totally taken advantage of and am now $9,000 to $10,000 upside down. That means an extra $200 to $300 each month if I decide to trade it in! I reached out to my salesman, and he recommended that I contact Lincoln to inquire about a buyback. When I spoke to the representative, she informed me that my request was denied without offering an explanation! I feel so cheated! I’ve purchased my last four vehicles from them! Rant over. Expensive lesson learned! Needless to say I won’t buy or recommend them again!

Looking to buy online? Do it. I have never purchased a vehicle without looking the sales manager in the eye and driving the vehicle first, so it was a bit of a hyperventilating first step. That said, John, Jerry, Carmen, and Kayla made it easy -- as did Kelsi, the finance manager. Ever spend hours in the finance officer's office doing paperwork? Won't happen when you buy online. I had been researching vehicles for a while, drove some of them locally, and then purchased this one that matched what I was looking for. The team answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable deal, and delivered it the same day -- over 200 miles away! When they arrived, I drove it, signed the papers, and they returned home. Done deal. Easiest vehicle transaction I have ever experienced --- and I have purchased a lot of them.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Different type of review here... I intentionally waited to hit the 50k miles driven from the original miles when I purchased my used 2017 Ford F250 from Silsbee Ford in August 2020. (more like a brand new truck as it was the cleanest I ever encountered). From the moment I called on it back in August 2020 through the purchasing experience a day later and post-follow-up satisfaction checks from Mike, my salesman, and the dealership I have to say they are top-notch! Definitely NOT a typical dealership! I was coming from out of state and Mike worked with me beyond expectations. After test driving and in the office for the financials, I was presented a rundown of the vehicle price; much to my surprise there were none of those frivolous or other dealer trap charges. It was a straight forward great price and bottom line. No need for the back and forth negotiating. The truck had an excellent price, no upcharges so I didn't hesitate to purchase it! I could not believe how easy, fast and genuinely relaxed we all were. Not faking for a sale, Mike and the team at Silsbee are sincere. You can tell it is up to the expectations of the owners and their values and service. Overall great experience with Silsbee Ford and there has been nothing wrong with my truck, which now has 155k miles on it! What a great buy! Thank you Mike and Silsbee Ford!

Smart buyers beware. After expressing interest and stating purchase intent on a Sunday, I did not hear back from a sales associate until the following Tuesday. As of Wednesday (forth day after contacting dealership) a price for the vehicle of interest has not been quoted. Despite emailing back and forth with a sales associate and sharing my information, no information has been provided about the vehicle of interest. 24 hours since the last “Thanks… I will be in touch email.” Very poor customer service from my limited experience…

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.
