I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Service tech sent me a comprehensive video of the multi- point inspection. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, the service tech failed to put my locking lug nut key back in the car after he used it. 75 miles north of town I had a flat and had to wait for the dealer to drive the key to me. Ford’s roadside assistance is terrible, they wanted to tow the vehicle 100 miles to another dealer. The RA is useless, if you gotta depend on them, your in deep trouble. More

Arrived & found out one recall couldn’t be done. Left car for the other recall. 2 hours later they called & said recall was done previously. Shouldn’t that be in computer somewhere for reference??
