I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. They worked with me almost entirely over email to get an out-the-door quote, and that's what I was charged when I got there. I asked them to get me out the door in 2.5 hours (no financing), and they were just barely able to do that. It was a good experience.

Their has not been one visit to Roger Beasley that the service was not excellent, people are attentive, knowledgeable and sincere. A good example not to long ago we had a squirrel trying to nest in my engine area. Not only did Mazda clean out the hidden nesting material.... Of course the nesting material was the Insulator Bonnet Hood Liner Pad. Mazda tech had it in stock and installed for free.... this is my first new car in over 50 years. And my Mazda is wonderful!!!

I went in to look at the vehicles in there used lot(for reference I bought another used vehicle not even a year prior at a 6.55 APR this vehicle was a total loss after a wreck and paid off) i loved one of there vehicles(2025 Hyundai Tucson) and we went to finance to get numbers and they gave me a 13% APR and when i declined to proceed due to payments being above my budget they told me that it was my credit and i wouldn't get anything lower anywhere else and that the banks don't think the vehicle would hold its value in say a year or two so i passed on the vehicle and went to a different dealership the next week and bought a 2025 Buick encore gx with a 6.44APR I don't know why they would get a rate so high but it was ridiculous and unprofessional to make me feel bad about not wanting a $600 car payment.
