Disappointed to say the least that I have to leave this review. Gabby Duran owner/loyalty manager (what the text stated) reached out to me on 10/18 asking me to complete a survey as I just recently purchased a 2025 CX-5 from this dealership. She followed up with texts on both 10/21 and 10/23 also because I had not yet gotten back to her/filled out the survey. On 10/23 in the afternoon I reached back out to her stating I would be happy to fill out the survey but I had concern about minor scratches on vehicle that were discussed at purchase would be fixed when I came back in to pick up my new license plates. I didn’t want to fill out the survey and my concerns be tossed out the door and I wanted it fixed right. We discussed the scratches and this is what she stated (copy and pasting EXACTLY what she said): ‘my vendor only comes here mondays or we can send it to the bodyshop any day in the morning but the. car woll have to stay here for at least 6 hrs’. ‘to be honest if is deep scratch bodyshop but if is a superficial scratch, my vendor can get it done’. ‘if you put your nail on top of the scratch and you can fill it then it's a deep scratch if you can only see it, but you cannot feel it then it's superficial scratch’. I told her I could feel both as well as my husband and our sales rep and we both agreed body shop would be best to make the repairs correct as again this is a 2025 CX-5. I’m sure this most likely happened in transport. After agreeing on body shop she asked me what day I would like to drop off the vehicle so that she could let the bodyshop know. I told her I would chat with my husband and get back to her. On Friday 10/25 I texted her back asking her to check with the body shop to see what day was best for them this coming week. Here we are a week later and I have yet to receive a response. She has left me on read. Very disappointing to say the least when she reached out to me initially on 3!!different occasions asking for the survey to be completed and that anything less than a 10 is a ‘failing score’ and that she hopes Mazda did not fail me in any way but if I can’t give all 10’s on all the questions to let her know before sending the survey to rectify the concerns and now no response at all… crickets!!!
