Jesse always takes care of me and goes out of his way to make sure all is good and has an answer each time a call is made to see the status of vehicle. Most dealerships have to call back after they talk to the mechanic and jesse stays on top of his game already knowing the status. They will take the time and listen to what you have to say about the issue. Sent many fleet vehicles here over the years and have not ever had an issue with a truck that has been picked up. They stay extremely busy and Jesse is always up front and honest. Only incident where there was an issue on repair was out of there hands on a part that was on back order. In which Jesse was able to locate on out of state expediting repair process.
