the receptionist was nice, very kind person. I waited, but not a huge amount of time. one problem with the dealership itself. need to have snacks, & decaf coffee. get a keurig, that way everyone can have what they want., get an asortment that includes hot chocolate. a variation of snacks. from health bars to chips & such, the building was clean, get the amneties up & running. a question below, communication from the service department. there Was no communication between them & myself. next question, how was the quality of their work. they did a once over, fluids, tires. the low pressure tire icon is still on on the dash. the rep told me to go over 45mph & it'l go off. it hasnt gone off. so thats a red mark on your service dept.

I love the people who work at this particular location . I have another Subaru dealership closer distance- wise, and our whole family chooses to drive extra distance just to avoid the other location . We own 4 Subarus we service all of them in Gallatin . We had bought 2 last vehicles from them as well . Everyone we had come in contact with is exceptionally nice and helpful . Love this place !

Rob Selph in the service department was so kind and helpful (amazing, actually) when I unexpectedly had car trouble a long, long way from home. He is a wonderful representative of the Subaru brand and embodies the vision of the company to "Deliver Happiness to All". I am grateful for the genuine care and concern that he showed me. Thank you Rob and to Subaru for offering the best vehicles and best customer service, hands down!

Unacceptable. We were told by Matt in service that the service department had never installed a Trunk Spoiler and they would need an additional few days to install the Trunk Spoiler. I was contacted and told that the car was ready to be picked up and got the car home and noticed that the Trunk Spoiler was loose and attached with double sided adhesive tape and that was coming loose on both sides of the Trunk Spoiler. I called Jim Keras Service and made a service appointment and was met by Service Advisor Matt Owens and I showed him the Trunk Spoiler and he didn't have an answer as to why this had happened and had the Service Manager Jim Largue look at it and he told me there was nothing that could be done since the Trunk Spoiler was a bad part and if they order another Trunk Spoiler it would be the same outcome and not fit because it was a bad part. He said that they put the bad Trunk Spoiler on the car because that's what we wanted them to do. We never said we wanted a bad part installed on our new car. It was a Subaru Accessory ordered by the dealership. Who puts on a known bad part on a car, that's my question, and very concerning especially after telling us that they had never installed the Trunk Spoiler before?

I would never recommend this body shop to someone that I liked. The customer service here is awful. I have had to take my vehicle back and leave it for an additional 14 days , this was after they had already had it for 60 days. Mind you this was all for a job that the insurance company said was a 20 to 22 day repair. Now I know that that is just a best guess on the insurance companies side. I was told I’d be give updates every Tuesday and Thursday but that only happened the 1 week. I always had to reach out to my service adviser. I finally lost my patience and went up to the facility and spoke to the body shop manager Reggie. I was given many excuses why my car wasn’t finished and why I was not getting updates or calls back. The service adviser that to leave early, the person working in your car had to be out with a family emergency. I understand that life happens. I asked Reggie, so my car just sits there in limbo because the technician has to be out several days for a family issue. I really didn’t get an answer to that question. The business had to continue so it seems there should have been someone that could have stepped up and worked this technicians job. What if the technician had to be out long-term when my car just sat there unfinished waiting? Were they finally put somebody else on it to get it finished? Another question I have is if my service advisor is out for the day or has left early. Why not tell me that on the front end instead of transferring me to a voicemail that’s not gonna get returned. The lack of communication and coordination of this facility is literally inconceivable to me. The fact that my car was allegedly ready, but yet the front door that was replaced was not even painted on the inside. Reggie says it was definitely painted, but you can’t make me believe that when the bottom of the door on the inside was filthy and had caked up dirt on it.! if that door in fact had been painted, it would’ve been nice and shiny as the back door that was replaced. It looks like to me that the vehicle that door was taken off of was also black and the technician just thought they could skirt that issue and not have to paint it, it has scratches and and tool marks all over it. if I had to rate this facility on a scale of one to 10 I would have to give them a 2.5. I will say that Reggie did cover my rental car but only after I threw a fit that I had maxed out my 30 days of rental that my insurance paid for.. I do believe he was trying to make it right, but it just didn’t work out. My car was making a funny noise from the back that had never made before and Reggie insist that it did not happen in the wreck. I don’t know how he could be certain of that. When I went to pick my car up for the final time after the second time, I’ve been there for 14 days. The door was painted, however, it’s got a scratch to the bare metal on it and Reggie said that’s probably from when they reinstalled the door. They were dirty boot prints and dust all inside the car so they made no attempt to clean the car back up when I questioned Reggie about this. He just said do you want me to detail the car, and tell me where to take it. The irritating part was that he acted like he had done me some huge favor, fixing my car that they were getting paid to fix it. I haven’t even told him about the overspray of clearcoat. It’s on my hood. That’s very obvious. I’m just gonna let that go and hopefully I’ll never have to have my car back in there for anything.

Unlike other reviews for Grayson, we had an excellent experience with Mike Signore in the service department. My older husband had a miscommunication when setting up our service. Mike was understanding and made the whole situation much better, even when he did not have to do it. I really appreciated his help and will definitely be returning for our future service needs.

I could go into great detail about my experience with this dealership since buying a new Subaru there in 2016. Had a recent service problem which continued to escalate into other problems. The service manager was so unprofessional, she never returned any messages. We ended up having to deal with the general manager which also took several trips. The customer should be taken care of the first time.

I visited Pro Auto to get my car detailed. The owner Kirk greeted me and was very professional and knowledgable of the questions and concerns i had about my car. I was sold in seconds on the service. They got me in and did a wonderful job. The employees had a high skill level and completed my car to exceed my expectaions. I know they do alot of business, but i felt like i was a top customer. They also started a car sales lot. Looks like these guys are growing and doing well. No wonder. Great experience. Twice I’ve taken my car in for a recall. The first time they had my vehicle for 4.5 hours. Yesterday I had a 7:30 appointment. I called 3 times for updates. The 1st time they were unable to local anyone so a msg was sent, 4hours later I called again and once again they were unable to locate her, So a second msg was sent to her and the managers, 3 hours later I called to find they had closed for the day and would need to call back in the morning. This dealerships service is so subpar I would give negative stars if possible. So buyer beware, Find a different dealership, After the sale they really could care less about you and your needs.
