Great service staff especially Dylan in the service department. I highly recommend them for any issues with your vehicle. They never blow me off or try to sell you things that you don’t need. They have always respected my time and have a loaner ready for me. I’ve tried others but no one has even gotten close to the level of service I get from GraysonBMW or Dylan . I appreciate you all for the level of professionalism that I always receive. Many of my friends now use their service and sales department because of how I’ve always been treated. I got a tune-up yesterday Wednesday, April 8, 2026 on my 750iX BMW, 2018. on arriving home i looked under the hood and notice some tools left behind by the mechanic, and the top cover for the engine was loose, and wires was exposed, the car idling a bit rough. called the service advisor.
