Had routine maintenance. Jim Moody and Ella Rossi were great. Both very friendly and super helpful. Shop was very busy, but they made me feel like the only one there. I think Ella is new and she is a great addition. She doesn't appear on your Service personnel list, but I give her 5 stars. Jim has been helpful to me for over 20 years, I hope he never leaves. I've called on Jim many times both in the Body Shop and now in Service. He's always customer focused and friendly.

Mclaughlin Ford service was very good, techs are courteous and friendly. They need to upgrade their customer waiting area to better accommodate folks waiting on their vehicles. There is only one table in the area with 4 chairs around and other chairs around the interior walls. There is no place to put a cup of coffee, etc., except on the floor or on the table with other customers. This waiting room needs to be updated and made more customer friendly.

I PURCHASED a 2021 ford ranger tremor from Beach Ford in February 2022 and my whole experience is beyond perfect WHY? Because it has been 3 weeks and I still look at prices of other dealers pre owned rangers and none compare to the price that Beach Ford finalized for me others are any where from $500 to $1300 over for a lariat ranger and not even being a tremor .So people do your research and compare Beach Ford sells quality pre owned vehicles for less
