I have had 3 Ford vehicles serviced at this dealership. Excellent experiences every time. Buying my new Mustang however was not without some glitches. The down payment on my order, a credit card, was repl Excellent experiences every time. Buying my new Mustang however was not without some glitches. The down payment on my order, a credit card, was replaced by a personal check. It took a couple of months to finally get the credit charge refunded. I even went to a 2nd salesman since the original one was not helpful. For some reason he had an alias also, which I was not told about. Neither sales person was willing to update me on the progress of my order. When I purchased the car the salesman did not tell me what I should do before arriving at the dealership. The dealer had the car for 8 days before I arrived to make the sale final. When I arrived car was still in detailing (8 days, remember?) I needed to activate a number of apps and other connections to be able to drive the car and have it registered to me. All in all, a disappointing experience. I trust that the service department will be excellent as usual. More
