Outstanding Customer Service Under New Management My husband and I were long-time customers of this dealership until an unfortunate experience in 2022 under previous management. After making a significant purchase, we encountered repeated service issues with our brand-new vehicle. Despite multiple visits, the problem was not resolved, and the vehicle sustained additional damage during each service appointment. The situation continued to worsen, and when the issue was not addressed or the vehicle replaced, we ultimately chose to take our business elsewhere. Recently, we found ourselves back in the market for a new vehicle and learned that the dealership was under new management. With some hesitation but an open mind, we decided to give the dealership another opportunity—and we are so glad we did. From the very first phone call, the experience was noticeably different. Chase scheduled our appointment, followed up to confirm, and greeted us outside upon arrival with a warm handshake and a genuine smile. That level of professionalism immediately put us at ease. Inside, we were happy to reconnect with Dave, who had already been informed of our visit. Shortly after, the new General Manager, Caleb, personally introduced himself and took the time to sincerely apologize for our previous experience. At my last routine servicing I made the mistake of asking them to look at my door lock which wasn’t performing correctly. Watching him look at the door and the girl coming back with a sheet of paper saying a part can be replaced for $400 and that just costed me ‘$200 left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. A guest on replacing the actuator. $200 and he didn’t look deeper into problem. Disappointed to say the very least. Seeking other services elsewhere in the future may be the answer here. Walked out $300 spent with prospect of another $400 to spend. Would have spent $400 on repair and saved $200 on cursory diagnostic. Does not make sense.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Stateline 11 years ago and had every service done at the dealership. I now own a newer Jeep Wrangler and continue to have Hector Rivera at Stateline oversee all service work. Whether it's an oil change, mechanical repair or installing a lift kit/wheels and tires, I only trust Hector at Stateline to take care of my Jeep. I especially love the videos they text showing you problems needing the be addressed with a detailed explanation of what needs repair. This is transparency at its best as dealerships and mechanics often get a bad name for misleading customers. Stateline has gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, trust, honesty and transparency. I won't trust my Jeep to any other dealership.

My husband and I had the best buying experience at Jt's recently! Our sales associate, Jackie, was very attentive to our situation (we were a little pushed to buy a vehicle quickly as my truck was totalled) and we were really impressed with her communication and follow ups during the whole process! With my husband working 6 days a week and long hours, I had to take on the responsibility of finding, researching, test driving. Etc.....which is a stressful situation for a woman, in my opinion. It was a blessing to be paired with Jackie, which eased my fears. She explained the whole process and was available for each and every question that I had. JT's presented a sales price on my vehicle that wasn't available anywhere in SC! (I checked) What made this purchase even better, was that this vehicle was a Certified Pre-owned....which not only was great for financing but gave us an incredible warranty! I had my test drive during daytime hours. Loved it, and proceeded with purchase. We couldn't pick it up til that night at almost closing and noticed a tail light and headlight were not working. Jackie got me in yesterday morning (Christmas eve eve) and the service department promptly corrected all of my issues with minimum wait. I can't say enough. Everyone that I encountered there from the young lady at the front desk, the managers that checked on me, the service manager, warranty division, Aaron and William (who are both in sales and assisted me when Jackie couldn't be present), all played a huge part in our buying decision. If all of that isnt enough to get you to this dealership, my final purchasing decision was made by JT himself. No, I didn't meet him or talk to him. I just happened to be there as they were having their staff Christmas party and I overheard him speaking to his employees. It appeared that he went all out for them, and it was refreshing to watch an owner appreciate them for all that they do....because they deserve it! If you are looking to purchase, this is the place to go! Ask for Jackie...tell her I sent you ;)

Service sucks, no communication with service person. Jeep not done on day they claimed and didn't even get a phone call. Added bonus of 3% credit card charge when paying, with no advance warning. Multiple visits for oil changes and repairs and it is always some level of BAD. Last time here, second added bonus no new window sticker after oil change....very thorough.

Wort repair experience I have ever had. Will not be returning. Our Chrysler Pacifica recently had the engine fail due to water ingestion. It arrived at the dealership on October 15th and was not released back to us until December 23rd. After the investigation the insurance company would pay for a used engine to replace the current one. I received a call from the dealership suggesting that we purchase a new engine instead. When I declined I was followed up with a text message. This was October 24th. This was also the last unprompted call I received with any updates. I had to initiate all calls updating me on status of the van. After the engine was installed there were problems with the way it ran and error codes. With each conversation they motioned that it may be that its a used engine that's the problem. They then replaced the transfer case and still had issues. This was about a month later. After That they still had no clue what was wrong so said they had to reach out to Chrysler Directly. All the time we were down a car due to Insurance only offering 30 days and the dealership stating they did not have loaners and did not comp rentals. I later overheard during my pickup a different customer specifically talking about his loaner vehicle they gave him and if it was still no charge which I heard them confirm. It was not until the O2 sensor was replaced on December 22nd that they finally drove it with no errors. When I then asked when it would be ready he gave a vague answer of that they wanted to drive it some more before letting it go. It was for that reason I showed up on the morning of the 23rd. A full 68 days after receiving the van I finally got it back. While the vehicle was repaired and is running great now there are many things this dealership service center needs to work on. The dealership was not communicative with myself or my wife the entire time the vehicle sat with them. It often felt like days went by with no work or progress and in no way did they try to keep us up to date. I also feal that they sat on the vehicle confused on what to do too long before reaching out to Chrysler. It made it seem like we were not a priority and left us fully unsatisfied.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not refer my worst enemy to this place. Communication at this dealership sucks, and they love to give you the run around if you have issues with the vehicle that’s been purchased from them. Crooked dealership to deal with and quite frankly so is the owner himself. I was sold a lemon vehicle with a purchased warranty and was informed by one of the employees at this dealership at my time of purchase that the warranty was “bumper to bumper” later found out that was not a thing and I was miss informed at the time of purchase. At one point I was able to return the vehicle I purchased from this place and done paperwork to get back in the vehicle that I traded- Had my old car for 1 week just to get a phone call informing me that it was not approved EVEN though I left with paper work stating that it had been approved. I had to return the old vehicle and leave in the “lemon” this dealership sold me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP! May I add the 1 week I was back in my old vehicle that this dealership let me leave in me being under the assumption that it had been financed and approved they had the vehicle I purchased from them on their website for sale. I was also offered little to no help with having the car fixed even though issues started happening the day of purchase.

This dealer has the absolute worst service department I've ever experienced in any industry. I recently took my truck in to have a water leak fixed. They had my truck for 14 days. During that time, I was promised call-backs at least six times. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. It was never returned. The service tech I was working with flat lied to me multiple times by promising calls and status updates that never came. Several calls rang for about 30 - 40 seconds before going to a message that doesn't let you leave a message, but says something like, "There is no one available to take your call. Thanks for calling. Goodbye," and then disconnects. And this is during their posted business hours. My wife and I have bought five new vehicles over the past nine years or so. I kept going back, thinking that their service department just HAD to have gotten better. I've never been more wrong. And we will never be back. Maybe the Sales folks, or even, say, Management (!!!), could apply some pressure? At this point, that's just not going to happen. This renamed "Legacy" dealership is certainly building one, and it's one I want no part of as a customer. Poor customer service has become a way of doing business. Legacy indeed.
