My luggage rack installation went well. I initially had concerns after reading online reviews, that the rack would cause noisy vibrations. However, that hasn’t been the case. I love it! My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down. I made an appointment with Jonathan in the service department. As I was driving to my appointment, Jonathan phoned me. He knew an option for me to try myself. I found the button he told me about and Voila!! The top went down perfectly. I am grateful for Jonathan’s help, he went above and beyond his job description and helped me. I will continue to take my car to Lexus of Greenville.
