The service department is top-notch with everyone there being friendly and polite, knowledgeable, respectful and ensuring that options are provided to help the customer decide on the most appropriate service. All in all a great place to do business.

I enjoyed a complimentary cup of coffee while sitting in the waiting room. When my car was ready he walked me to it, and it had been washed!

I've found them to be very honest and helpful. Originally had a wonderful buying experience here. I had to fix a few minor things (hose routing/air intake incorrectly mounted) after my last service but that was still a great service experience. I drive out of town to come here just because I trust them a bit more than my local dealer.

They did a top end engine rebuild for my L83. The work was good, but my Tahoe was in their shop for over two weeks for what was three or four days worth of work at the most. They did over me a loaner car though, so I can't really complain.

I have purchased five cars through abruzzi auto brokers since 2000. I estimate my savings to be around $10,000-$15,000 total. I would never go to a dealer without them. They really go to bat for you. How can you really go wrong since the service costs nothing out of pocket. They have also sold several cars for me. My mercedes, the dealer offered me $37,250 for it. Abruzzi got me $42,750.
