I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lauren at MINI of Allentown. I actually came from Staten Island to purchase my new Countryman, and she made the entire process worth the trip. From our very first conversation, Lauren was incredibly transparent, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely interested in making sure I was getting the right car and the right deal. She answered every question clearly, communicated with me even after hours, personally checked details on the car when I had questions, and went out of her way to make sure even the small things that mattered to me were taken care of before delivery. What impressed me most was that I never felt like I was playing the typical dealership game. Everything was straightforward, the numbers were clear, and when something came up, Lauren focused on finding a solution rather than making the process more complicated. By the time I made the trip to Allentown, everything had been considered and prepared. The experience at the dealership was just as easy. The finance manager was friendly, transparent and efficient, with no unnecessary pressure or surprises, and had me finished and on my way quickly. Most importantly, we absolutely LOVE the new Countryman. Lauren made what can often be an exhausting process genuinely enjoyable, and I would happily make the trip from New York to work with her again.
