Purchased a new vehicle from Tri-Star Chevrolet. Absolutely love the vehicle. Don't love the deception and lying that went with it. Sales Manager tells me the car had a nano coating on the paint installed at the dealership and that it will cost extra since it's already on the car. I agree. Sales Manager and sales rep both let slip that the car is having the coating put on while I'm on the way to pick it up. I call them out on it during a phone call after the sale. Sales Manager denies that's what happened. When we are done he doesn't hang up his phone and I get to listen to him for the next 10 minutes tell someone else at the dealership how he lied to me because they wanted to make more on the car. During the call he tells his co-worker the General Manager, and I presume owner(he used their names) wanted to make more on the car and "what was he supposed to do". Confront Sales Manager and he eventually concedes he lied to me. Speak with General Manager and he tries to justify it before also conceding I was mistreated and lied to. No resolution beyond that. Be very careful if you choose to purchase from them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a worse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to “make it right” so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being “fixed” i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

Nick the service manager handled the issues o had with my Suburban High Country. I bought the truck back home near Tampa Florida and proceeded to take it on a work trip. I have a project here in Meadville. The truck demonstrated some electrical and software issues. Nick arranged for a truck for me to use while I am here working and has been dielegently working with thw Chevy engineers to resolve my issues. NEVER have I worked with a more dedicated and driven service person. He is moving heaven and earth to get my truck back in perfect working order. I highly recommend Community Chevy and especially Nivk to any GM owner in the entire state! I wish we had him in Florida!

Secured a deal verbally..over the phone (via an ad on Car Guru).& about a 4-5 hr discussions w a salesman on Friday … backed with what I thought was a Credit Card amount of $500 to hold the vehicle over the Memorial Holiday weekend..until I could wire them the balance next week when my Credit Union reopened…the salesman apparently failed to record my Credit card..even with Gen Mgr approval..I called this am (Sat)..to further make sure all a-ok…got a text @ about 10 am..apologizing saying that someone else had already put a deposit down (a local)..& he apparently had “dons” over my agreement…was even told by the Gen Mgr. that I was an extreme risk -(being an Internet sale)..& he was sure I understood!!!..We’ll it was an all cash offer @ their listed price-($11,000)-but to no avail..I was washed over for a “local” buyer….& I basically had no recourse on my offer ..deposit..or sale..& what a crappy way to do business!!..I deem it as disrespectful…deceitful…and a disgusting way to do business-period!…Oh wait..sorry I any talking about the “ Car Business”…Notorious for being unscrupulous anyway!!…my advice: BUYER BEWARE!!..especially if you are from “out of town”..or an unsuspecting Internet buyer…thaw apparently ha e too ma y ways to SCREW YOU…if they so choose!…DONT WASTE YOIR TIME WITH THE “STOCKER BRAND”.. Chances are it’ll come back to bite you when you least expect it!!

I found a used car there that I really wanted. I was probably the first person to look at it, since it was JUST traded-in the day before. I looked at it and it wasn't detailed or even remotely cleaned up (not washed, bird shizz, etc. They couldn't sell it to me because it was found to not have mufflers (straight pipe from the CAT. They told me that they had to send it out for mufflers. I said ok. I was in contact with the salesman for WEEKS, who told me it was in Somerset (?) to get the mufflers and that he would call me when it was back and ready to go. Then, I get a call from said salesman who told me they sold it while it was it Somerset. What? On top of that, I kept getting AI text messages saying "Hey this is XXXX, I just tried calling you about the car. Call me back!". My phone never rang, so obviously just automated. I can deal with new tech, but this was a joke. Even when I called back it was like there was nothing to actually say, just to keep me "on the hook". The salesman was actually cool and really seemed to want to help. I believe he was new and I believe he missed out on the sale as well. This place is garbage.

I bought a truck here and a lifetime power train warranty. When I needed the warranty work done, the dealership refused to honor my warranty because the old ownership was the one who sold me the truck. They also refuse to honor the lifetime free oil changes I was promised, as well. I would have purchased my truck elsewhere if I had known they would refuse to honor their warranty that I purchased. Do not trust this dealership! When you buy a business, you should buy ALL of the business, not just the parts that benefit the new owner. Very poor customer service. They didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment for my truck. I’m very disappointed.

A small town dealership offering old fashioned personal customer service with the selection and technological capabilities of any new dealership. The owner himself greets the customers and offers an unmatched level of customer service you won’t find unless you travel back in time. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable providing me with a loaner vehicle every single time I’ve needed any service and will even drive over an hour and a half to drop off or pick up when needed. The drivers are courteous and polite too. When it comes time to trade in my vehicle I will again go to Regester.

I took my car to Bob fisher a few months ago for a engine rebuild, when the car was having the same problems only a few months later my wife called back for them to look at it, the service staff was extremely rude to my wife telling her she needs to be grateful to even get an appointment and if she didn’t like the date she got she could go somewhere else and this is after we spent thousands of dollars there. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the market for a good mechanic, skip Bob fisher Chevy all together. Especially if you’re a woman, the hostility the men show women there has all the markers for an unsafe environment.

The service at this dealership is bad. I came in for inspection and oil change, which went fine. But, I also wanted check engine light codes checked into. A 3 year old car with 17,000 miles on it should not have acceleration issues resulting in a check engine light warning. This was totally brushed off. Also, this model has a known issue with a shift to park warning. This was also ignored. These are known issues with this model, and this dealership clearly couldn't be bothered.
