Thank you David Popp for making our experience on buying a vehicle more easier than expected. We were looking at a Chevy Silverado and it had just been traded in. David got to work on getting us this pickup. He even helped to detail the truck and get new brakes for it as he didn't want us to have any trouble with it down the road. We greatly appreciate the honesty and all the running around David did that day for us to be able to drive it home the same day. When we are ready for our next buy we will be contacting him.

I went to the Bergey’s Chevrolet for my Chevy Tahoe on 08/10/2026 for changing my brake pads and rotors i had a really bad experience from the service advisor and the staff i called him several times before the appointment and left the voicemail he never get back to me when i got there he never say anything about that very rude and disrespectful So after the work done i went to the dealership to pick up my car he recommend that i need wheel alignment and brake fluid service altogther its almost $753 so i ask him how is everything look he told me looks like poop very disrespectful and unprofessional and one the staff was laughing when he said that in front of people My service advisor was Keith Freed i never recommend the service advisor to anyone

My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work. That in itself was a great addition to everything they have done for us from the first step we placed on their lot. GREAT job to the whole team at Klick Lewis...! Thank you very much for treating us so well that day. You made our sales experience so smooth and fun...!

1-star review. Nick Chevrolet charged me $150 for a service that did NOT fix the problem. I picked up my truck and the issue was still there. I contacted the service department the next day, and after explaining the situation, I was told a manager would call me back. Nobody ever did. I asked for my $150 back since the problem was not fixed, and they refused. Very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated. I would not recommend this dealership.

We went back to our salesman, Chase Holly, who was exceptionally professional and made the process easy. We visited this week to purchase another 2026 Equinox, after buying a 2026 Equinox there last November. It was the right time to upgrade our 2021 vehicle, and the financing options Luke Leya provided made the decision even easier. After this experience, we can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else.
