I bought my Chevy from another Blaise A dealer...they lied to me and the selinsgrove Blaise cleaned up the mess with care and respect for my needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLAISE ALEXANDER CHEVY DEALER , IN SELINSGROVE Pa.

We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after - sadietrich77

We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after discussing pricing with a salesperson who initially implied there was some room to negotiate. We communicated with a salesperson via text to ask questions and discuss pricing. Responses were slow and often required multiple follow-ups on our part. Five minutes before we were about to leave for our appointment, we were told the truck wasn't available because it had been loaned out, forcing us to change our plans and return the next day. When we arrived, the truck had nearly 2,000 more miles than advertised and was being used as a shop/loaner vehicle, putting it outside the factory warranty. Despite all of this, there was no willingness to negotiate, and management didn't even come out to speak with us. The entire experience felt like a waste of time. Fortunately, we found a newer truck with fewer miles elsewhere less than a week later. Would not recommend.

The car was exactly as advertised and I was very happy - caseycriste

The car was exactly as advertised and I was very happy with the purchase. The sales person was Mike Bobrowski and he was totally professional. Love the dealership and would go back to North Star without hesitation.

Awesome buying experience! - JASONLOGUE

Awesome buying experience!!!! I drove to John Sauder Chevrolet of Ephrata on 10/14/24 to look at 2 trucks. Tim Weaver was my salesperson. He was attentive and while I was out for a test drive they took the time to look at my trade in. By the time I came back they had all the numbers ready to go over on the truck and trade. I received a fair purchase price on the purchase price of the 2022 Trail Boss and the same on my trade in. The credit application and buying process was pretty flawless. No wasting time on either end which I appreciated with my busy schedule. Patrick Byrnes was amazing! He went over all available options and answered all my questions. The process at the end was quick and efficient. Actually one of my better buying experiences from a dealership. No pressure, clean showroom and nice choice of vehicles. The next day after the purchase I realized there were wheel locks on each of the tires but the key wasn't in the glove box. One call back to the dealership and Patrick had me taken care of with an appointment the next day. Their service department was super nice to deal with and accommodating. I also had an opportunity to interact with their parts department on obtaining a bed mat and I encountered the same great service. Today it's hard to find great deals and the best value for your money along with exceptional service. I can tell you with my experience you will find both here. Patrick is a class act and appreciated doing business with your dealership because of him and his team.

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and - fasmith99

They advertise up to $4000 rebate on certain electric - quatras

They advertise up to $4000 rebate on certain electric vehicles. They fail to tell you that they file for it and keep it at the time of purchase. I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. I don't likie to give bad reviews, but this one is a long - LMK

I don't likie to give bad reviews, but this one is a long time coming. Do not buy a car here. I had issues at the start purchasing my Trailblazer 2023 new. They added on all kinds of extra charges, and did not tell me, rushed me through the process and when finished, my car payments were much higher than what they should have been. I managed to go through all the protocol to get my money back from them, but they gave it back. If you purchase, watch those extra fees! Secondly, my 2023 Trailblazer had to be towed to the closest chevy dealership to me (or it would cost me extra to have towed more than 25 miles) - we are on the second day, not looked at yet, and they won't give me a loaner until they look at the car. I understand they can be busy, but I need to be at work and no one will help me with a loaner. Not the chevy dealership I purchased from because I had it towed to the closest dealership, and not the chevy dealership its at now. If you need service or help with your vehicle, don't expect to get it. They promise you the world and give you nothing in return. A two year old car and now the transmission may not be any good. The car isn't used excessivly, as I work from home but two days a week and only use it locally. Unbelievable.

I was very interested a new car they had. Gave them all... - DustinJ14

I was very interested a new car they had. Gave them all of my personal and financial info (including ss #) to start the buying process. Scheduled an appointment for 10:30am to test drive the vehicle. Made the 310 mile, 5-hour round trip there ... and they sold the car ... less than one hour after confirming my appointment and asking for my social security number. Unreal.

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very - Houseman

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.

Kurt, our salesman was very knowledgeable about not only the car but financing and extended warranty options. He was extremely helpful in all aspects of the purchase of our car. Highly recommend Keddie Chevrolet.

Best car buying experience. - Dawn

This was my first experience with this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. The price I was quoted over the internet for the SUV I inquired about never changed when I got to the dealership. Every other place I had gone to would change their story once I got there, can't give the incentive and 0%, you get one or the other...you know, the typical old song and dance everyone goes through. But at this place, I got both, the incentive and the 0% financing....and they gave me exactly what I thought my car was worth right from the start! It was my best car buying experience ever. I recommend them highly.

They were very kind and helpful. - jason

They were very kind and helpful. Responses were prompt and understanding. We were not able to actually visit the dealership in person but their online interaction would encourage me to try them again.

This was my third vehible that Ian helped me/us to lease. - awhuber20

I was looking for a used Elantra N and North Star - MuzafarUmarov

I was looking for a used Elantra N and North Star Chevrolet West Liberty had the one I wanted. It was a good price. I initially started talking with Joe. He was very professional and friendly. Then I started talking to Joe's manager, Carlos. We found a good deal and I put a deposit. It was a very smooth experience. I was picked up from the airport and was out of the dealership under an hour. Super smooth experience. I appreciate Kyle for the awesome buying experience. Thanks for Bruce for picking me and my father in law up from the airport. Definitely recommend this dealership.

The service department is top notch! - deb_ra22

The service department is top notch! They go out of their way to accommodate my needs and are expedient in getting my vehicle serviced and returned to me. They are the only ones I completely trust with my vehicle.

Bought a new chevrolet Traverse. - tonycarlucci419

Bought a new chevrolet Traverse. Jordan was absolutely amazing to deal with. Really cannot say enough about the guy, made everything happen and the sales process was easy from start to finish, bearing in mind that it was difficult for me to be at the dealer due to work, we did everything mostly via email which was a huge help. He is an asset to your company for sure! Thank you Brianna, Jordan, Omir!!

Terrible & Dishonest - Sugg Never Again

Sold me a car that was in an accident and had water damage without telling me. The car had tons of issues and the dealer did absolutely nothing to help. I should have pulled the carfax before I bought the car. I found all of this after the fact. Stupid me. Do not buy from this dealer, very dishonest. I bought their recommended extended warranty to find out they wouldn't fix it (blown transmission) because it had water damage. Useless.

Worked with me on the price of a used car, no xx markups - jkonecheck

As an out-of-state buyer, I had a great buying experience this Chevy dealer.

Terrible experience—avoid this dealership. - Jeff frother

Terrible experience—avoid this dealership. They completely failed to honor the CarBravo certified warranty on my truck. Within just 3 to 5 days of the original purchase, I brought up multiple issues that needed to be addressed—things that were explicitly discussed and agreed upon at the time of sale. Despite this, they flat-out refused to pay for repairs that were clearly covered under the warranty. The service department is completely untrustworthy. Their technicians are B-techs at best, and they literally just clear diagnostic codes without fixing the underlying issues just so the truck looks good on the dashboard when you pick it up. To make matters worse, the buying process itself was a mess. They rushed us through the paperwork, and the employees were completely detached and indifferent. Trying to get ahold of anyone after the fact is impossible; they will not answer the phones, they refuse to return phone calls, and when you do get someone, they are incredibly rude. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. They are quick to push you through the sale, but they completely abandon you and resort to shady service tactics the second you walk out the door.

Great staff they got me in kept me updated and was quick. - Adam atabs

Great staff they got me in kept me updated and was quick. Not to mention the price and attention to what I was asking for was on point can't wait to do business with them again

Purchased dodge truck 2015 including TST Silent Rider & - randmcun

Purchased dodge truck 2015 including TST Silent Rider & Remedy. This coverage was misrepresented and deceitful. The undercoating we paid for was not done leading to rust, poor paint job, with rust a 2nd time. Owner not available to return call. If this prevention coverage was done as advertised this review would not exist.
