I came in for an oil change and repair for a recall. - TWHITCOMB

I came in for an oil change and repair for a recall. It went smoothly and the people were very nice. I got my car back the same day, as promised! One negative about Ford is that I asked about turning off the auto stop/start feature. I don't like that feature because it makes my car pause unexpectedly when I try to start moving again. I was told that Ford will not do that work. Since it is no longer required, Ford should be willing to disconnect that feature, or set it to always be off, rather than always be on. If my starter goes out from constant use, is Ford going to pay for that? I think not.

I had the absolute best experience at Grants Pass Toyota - Bree Hanson

I had the absolute best experience at Grants Pass Toyota thanks to Shannon and Rob. They went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit my budget while also giving me options I hadn’t even considered..like picturing myself in a truck! Once I test drove it, I was sold. They truly listened to what I needed, and somehow made my monthly payment land exactly where I needed it to be. I’ve never felt so at peace at a car dealership before. Shannon and Rob took their time, broke everything down clearly, and really worked with me to make it happen. They were so personable, kind, and helpful in every way, and made this the most stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like family. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. I have already recommended and will continue to recommend, Shannon and Rob at Grants Pass Toyota forever and ever. A huge thank you to the rest of the staff as well. I know there were others behind the scenes who helped tremendously during this process and made me feel validated, respected, and confident in my decision. THANK YOU, Grants Pass Toyota, for having the best customer service and the warmest smiles. That kind of experience is absolutely worth driving 45 minutes for. Love you all!

I recently purchased a 2001 ram 2500 from Jamie M. - Jbr1271

I recently purchased a 2001 ram 2500 from Jamie M. at McMinnville CJDR. The whole process was a pleasure and absolutely flawless. Jamie was extremely communicative, honest, and knowledgeable about the older “classic” Ram I was purchasing. I was quite surprised how much she knew about these vehicles and the specific manual transmission and options it had being that it was a 25 year old truck! She was very quick to respond always, open about its condition and minor flaws, and provided every pic and video I requested right away!… Being an out of state / across the country buyer (sight unseen) this was very important to me and she really came through. Jamie reassured me of the condition of this truck and she wasn’t wrong…after a flawless pick up I drove the truck over 2500 miles back home without a single issue. If you have any doubts about using McMinnville CJDR… DONT. They are some of the good guys and ask for Jamie…She was absolutely awesome!

They don't value their customers or seem to care what - OLDSJPO

They don't value their customers or seem to care what happens after they drive off the lot. All they care about is themselves and if that can make money off you.

The entire service staff at Dick’s Hyundai are top notch. - Grandpa Tim

The entire service staff at Dick’s Hyundai are top notch. Robin the service manager is probably the most knowledgeable automobile person I have ever met. He went as far as contacting the factory to get the best possible advice on how to solve my automated light system problem. You can go anywhere to get your Hyundai serviced, but if you demand the best, then Dick’s is the only place for you 😊👍🏻

I've had a very positive experience here from the time I - Malle

I've had a very positive experience here from the time I walked and looked around in the parking lot until I drove my car off the lot. I was approached and asked if I needed any help and told them exactly what I wanted and they ordered it for me and it got there in 2 months (estimated was 2-3 months) just as I wanted. I was working with 2 sales persons as the 1st one got promoted as I waited for my car and the Sales Manager. Everything went smooth. The Finance guy was top notch too. I was informed of my available options in regards to financing and also on available warranties. I made my decisions and nothing was ever pushed on me, much appreciated!! I am a happy customer and highly recommend the Klamath Falls Subaru Dealership in Oregon.

My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic - Jerred

My wife and I recently mad an offer on a 2013 Honda Civic sedan. They were asking 13,000, we agreed on 12,500 and went to sign the contract. We went in an office and the finance manager showed us a paper that had the deal itemized. 12,500 + a warranty for 2,300 that equaled 15,000 and change due to the warranty and DMV costs. The finance manager told us that the only way they can sell us the car for the agreed price of 12,500 was if we bought a 2,300.00 warranty because they wouldn’t make any money on the deal. So they wouldn’t sell us the car for the agreed on price of 12,500.00. Very unethical to agree on a price then not sell said car unless you buy a 2,300.00 warranty ! Beware beware beware of Medford Voltzwagon, Medford BMW or Medford Nisan. They are all owned by the same owner.

I have had an extremely good experience with Seaport - shelley.bradley73

I have had an extremely good experience with Seaport Auto. I feel like the fact that they r locally owned makes such a big difference. I bought an awesome CX 9 from Jared almost 2 weeks ago and I had some questions and concerns come up about my be SUV about a week after I bought it. I text Jared on his personal cell that he had given me in the prepurchase phase and he immediately text me back and I was impressed. He talked to his service dept and walked me thru what I needed to do. Today I took it into get the service done and I was a bit nervous. I didn't know if they were going to try to charge me a ton of money for the 2 issues that needed to be addressed right away... The manager is the device dept just called to let me know that they found the problem and were job to get the parts.. I had a moment and thought I better call her back to make sure this wasn't gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Tia was great. She said nope it won't cost me anything. THIS IS THE KINDA CAR DEALERSHIP THAT MAKES ME WANT A BUMPER STICKER SO I CAN BLAST THEIR MAKE. THANK U SEAPORT AUTO for being a great local business to our community and beyond. Shelley

We love our car, and the experience from start to finish - jessiechase5042013

We love our car, and the experience from start to finish was fantastic. For the first time, we didn’t feel pressured into buying and knew we could walk off the lot if we didn’t find the right fit, all while still receiving amazing service. Our salesperson, RedEagle Anderson, was personable, helpful, and made buying a brand-new car the best dealership experience we’ve ever had. Thank you again.

HIGHLY Recommend NOT buying a used car at Newberg Ford. - frogo_0810

HIGHLY Recommend NOT buying a used car at Newberg Ford. I bought a 2015 Subaru from them in December. Took it in to a Subaru dealership to get it inspected. There was an oil leak, long story short, the only way to fix it was to take the ENTIRE motor out, and the 2 rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced. That was a $5k + job. That took a month to get back. Drove it for 2 days and the Transmission went out. That was a $8,200 job. Spoke to the Sales manager once I found out about the leak, and got nothing but attitude from him. He just kept saying "Good thing you bought a warranty" and " I'm not sure what you want me to tell you to make you feel better". I responded with, "I'm not looking for you to make me feel better, this looks terrible on your part" I asked for a copy of the inspection report from when they took the car in on trade. There was an oil leak stated on the report, but NOT mentioned to me when I bought the car. One good thing, if you want to call it that, the finance guy INSISTED that I buy the warranty. Even after I turned it down several times. The price of the warranty somehow magically went from $6k, that was declined. Then offered to me for $2,000 or so. I have owned the car for 5 months, There has been $13,000 worth of repairs. (All covered by warranty luckily) Hopefully this is it for a while. I have made 3 car payments without even driving the car. Never got any sort of apology even. It seemed as though they don't even care that they sold me an absolute xxx. If I could give a -5* review, I would. Hopefully someone high up Newberg Ford sees this. If its happened to me, its probably happened to more people. In my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM NEWBERG FORD.

Worst $2,500 spent on consignment. Horrible... - Downtown

Worst $2,500 spent on consignment. Horrible communicators. Nobody would call back/text back to update me on truck for sale delay. Never going back!

Great service department. - John S

Great service department. Doug Green, the service writer did an excellent job on getting my truck repaired in a thoughal and timely manner. And they are reasonably priced compared to other shops. I highly recommend them.

Working with the folks at CarzPlanet was an absolute - Ashleyjo.bloom

Working with the folks at CarzPlanet was an absolute dream as far as car buying goes. Everyone was friendly and in a good mood, no one was pushy, Sammy was absolutely delightful to work with! The best part was the rate that the financing department set me up with was 100 times more awesome than I could have imagined! They cut my interest in half vs. my capital one preapproval!
