It was quick and easy. People were nice. What rubbed me the wrong way is purchasing a new vehicle for my daughter having you guys deal with the recall and the horrible horrible horrible smell coming from the backseat and when we received it back from the repair department, we were told there is no smell. There certainly is. Before giving it to you, we used a deodorizer to try and remove the smell and the reason I know you didn’t do anything back. There is the deodorizer was still peppered on the carpet. Then, there’s two belts that are cracked and need replaced and then you wanted to charge us OVER 1k to fix it. We looked up the parts, which were a few dollars each. We watched the video of the repair which was Uber. Uber, easy and look at that. We saved ourselves a grand. The final reason is because we told you we didn’t want to pay more than 10, you agreed in the beginning and at the signing we were paying 10 ,9. We trusted you ~until you tried to sell me parts to a car you sold me two days before that We have another 16 year-old that needs a car within a few months and we were gonna come to you but because of that, I really don’t trust you now. I don’t trust you that the next car you’re gonna sell me isn’t gonna have cracked belts or that nature. What if it was electrical? Yeah all that trust went out the window so quickly.
