My daughter just moved into the area and needed to purchase a car in a hurry. We called Weston Kia and spoke with Russ Solnyshkin. Russ was prompt and courteous in providing a quote and information on the car. We went into the dealership and the experience was top notch. This is a family owned dealership and one gets the feeling that they are taking care of the customer. Russ is exceptional and was helpful from hello until we drove out of the lot. John at the Medford service department was extremely helpful getting my granddaughters car fixed right away. She actually lives up by near Portland and she came down for a couple of days but then her service engine light started flashing. They were booked out for a couple of weeks but managed to squeeze her in right away and get her car fixed. We’ve never had anything but excellent service at this location.
