Horrible customer service from day 1. No one seems to know what they are doing. They lied several times and gave us the run around. The mechanic never even checked out the car before giving an estimate. Abby in service does not know how to deal with customers nicely. We had to wait forever for anyone to direct our call. They constantly redirected our call several times once we were actually able to speak with someone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. It is not worth dealing with this company!!!! I can go on and on about how nasty they are.

It took more than a week for anyone at this dealership to respond to my 3 attempts to check on a vehicle they had listed for sale. When they finally did acknowledge that I sent an inquiry, they told me the vehicle was on hold pending inspection of a trade in. This would have been nice to know initially as I could have had those 8 days to continue my search elsewhere.

My husband and I went to Mullinex Ford to purchase a new Ford Edge Limited. We have been researching these vehicles for quite some time, and knew what kind of options we wanted on our vehicle. We did a test drive on a vehicle and were to talk a deal. We were trading in a Monte Carlo and asked for the cost of the vehicle with our trade in. The woman taking care of us got very snippy and told us she didn't have any idea, that she wasn't a sales person. (Then why was she taking care of us??) We asked to speak to someone who would give us a price. Her head sales manager (sorry don't know his name) came out. When we tried to talk a deal, we were going to pay cash, he became very loud and told us that no way was he interested in talking a deal anywhere near the price we wanted to pay. We showed him, on line, the very same vehicle at another dealer for a lower price. When we expressed our feelings of already having been there for an hour and a half, he told us "you have been waiting a year, what is the big deal about another hour and a half." My husband and I got up to leave and as we crossed the huge lobby he yelled, "Good bye Mr. Crabby." This is suppose to be professional conduct from a manager and sales person? Certainly not someone that I will ever do business with. Buyer beware if you are going to Mullinex Ford in Wickliffe.

I had an awesome experience with this dealership. They provided me an awesome car! It was exactly what I wanted, but it was in great condition and for a fair price. There customer service isn't a selling point, but their cars are. Reliable and trustworthy. They were also super helpful in helping me get information for my out of state issues. My credit union was being a pain in the xxx, but the dealership went out of their way to assist us more than my own credit union.

The car was exactly as described, very high quality. They ofgered me a great unlimited miles service contract from Penn Warranty at a great price, so I dont have to worry about future repairs. Got a great vehicle at a great price and they were great to work with, however, the pictures in the post do not show any body damage on the vehicle and there was obvious damage to the passenger side rear door. Pretty sure it happened after they posted the ad as their lot is rather tight spacing wise. It also has a non functional A/C and he said I could get a used compressor for $100. Then in researching it, I will likely spend more than $1,000 getting it repaired. So great price up front but it is going to cost me in the end. Other than that it does drive well and has a strong engine.

I have to admit, I've never had to negotiate a price with him because I work for a company that is given a special, non-negotiable price on Fords/Volvos. When I called him to ask what my discount price was for a Volvo he called me back within hours and gave me the correct price. Other dealers wouldn't give me a price over the phone or didn't know about the discount.
