I was in the Market for a truck to replace my old truck - dpotter5645

I was in the Market for a truck to replace my old truck farm truck. I went to Red Rock Ford after seeing their large inventory online. I was lucky to get Kelly Lambert as my salesman. He helped me find the perfect truck for my needs. I got the truck for a fair price and they gave me a fair price for my old truck as a trade. All and all it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Kelly was the best. He had experience in the service department and helped a lot in giving me the confidence that my new truck would be one I could rely on. Thank you Red Rock Ford

We drove 4 hours to hopefully purchase a truck from Wolfe... - tsxnut

We drove 4 hours to hopefully purchase a truck from Wolfe Ford. Everything was as Travis described. No hidden surprises...just a very fair deal. We drove away very happy in our new (used) F150. Joe G. Prior Lake, MN

Great experience with a new truck purchase - Brian F

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Keith aka "Happy", most recently an F-150. I can't recommend working with Keith enough. He kept us in the loop when searching for the options and color we wanted, found the truck and personally went to pick it up from another dealership for us. He took care of getting the bed and wheel wells lined and was amazing to work with from start to finish. If you are looking for a new vehicle, even if you don't see it on the lot, ask for him and he will do his best to make it happen for you. Thank you Keith for making a vehicle purchase fun and easy!

Broke down outside Rugby on a busy Friday afternoon. - Bob

Broke down outside Rugby on a busy Friday afternoon. They got us right in and found the problem. Since there were no parts needed, so they didn’t charge us! Wonderful service!!

Terrible customer service - Dj

Very very very poor customer service. You think they would want to keep there customers happy and do something for them when they sell you a lemon for a vehicle. Won't be buying there ever again.

Tried to contact twice about a dodge pickup they were... - l24x4

Tried to contact twice about a dodge pickup they were selling online. Never got one response. Called once and got a answer machine. Don’t seem to want to sell anything unless you walk in. Hard to do when your hundred of miles away.
