I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership, especially working with Ward. Before finding Ward, I had spoken with many, many dealerships trying to find the ri experience with this dealership, especially working with Ward. Before finding Ward, I had spoken with many, many dealerships trying to find the right vehicle and the right situation for my daughter and me. After several frustrating experiences, I was becoming discouraged and honestly worried that I was going to have yet another negative dealership experience. Ward completely changed that for me. From the very beginning, I never once felt pressured or pushed into making a purchase. Instead, Ward took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and give me the information I needed to feel educated and confident throughout every step of the process. He made sure I understood everything rather than making me feel rushed into a decision. As a mom, making a decision like purchasing a vehicle is a big deal, and I truly appreciated that Ward understood that. I felt heard, acknowledged, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. I never felt like I was just another customer or another sale. It genuinely felt like Ward was working with me and truly cared about helping my daughter and me get into a vehicle that made the most sense for our situation. What stood out to me the most was that Ward wasn’t simply trying to sell me a vehicle. He was truly helping me figure out the best way to make everything work for us. He was patient, honest, informative, and genuinely invested in helping us. He also made sure that I didn’t walk away from this experience feeling like I had just had another negative dealership experience, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. After talking to so many dealerships, finding someone who actually listened, educated me, advocated for me, and cared about doing what was best for my daughter and me was such a breath of fresh air. I’m incredibly appreciative of the time, patience, honesty, and effort Ward put into helping us, and I’m so happy with our experience. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you like a person rather than a number, I highly recommend working with Ward and this dealership. Thank you, Ward, for helping turn what had been a stressful and discouraging process into an experience I can genuinely feel good about. More
