Cons: · Delivered my new 2026 Tucson with only 1 key (standard is 2). · Lost the second key and refused to replace the lock cylinders to eliminate the physical security risk (the lost key has a manual blade that still opens doors). · Refused to reimburse me $513.26 for window tint I installed—even though they offered an exchange, they wouldn't cover the cost. · Refused any compensation for my time, travel, and lost work hours. · Sales Manager Paul Marcum was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. Bottom line: They will do the bare minimum (program a replacement) but won't take full responsibility for their mistake. I highly recommend avoiding Hyundai of Union County.

Customer service is terrible. I mean this with the utmost respect that their customers service is selective, prestigious and projecting. No matter whom I dealt with with an exception of a few, each staff representative has been rude and sarcastic but being who I am I can also dish it. The moral of the story show more class and patience. I mean I'm here now for an appointment and by the time I was finally acknowledged after the gentleman has already introduced me to women staff where neither even recognized me with a greeting until minutes later as I stood there patiently because out of the two women one I had previously encountered many times who is flat out evil. She has on a yellow shirt and black shorts today with short hair and never shows growth or maturity. But when the other lady finally got to me she spoke as if I needed a lecture before listening and learning. I mean don't be upset with me or any other customer because you're having a bad morning or even if we had bad experiences before, this is a new day. I'm always respectful but I do speak my truth. So no apologies needed just do better in your actions. Edit: 9.3.26 8:47 pm would like to give an updated review on my prior concerns. Although I still recognize that customer services lacks prestigious representation at times, I would like to recognize Sherri for fulfilling her role and duties and ensuring that my concerns were addressed and respectfully identifying what led to the initial review. I recently purchased a slightly used 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 from Sir Walter Chevrolet in Raleigh, NC, and what started as an exciting new truck buy has quickly turned into a nightmare. Less than a month after driving it off the lot, I noticed the engine overheating, and I’ve had to constantly monitor and refill the coolant levels daily just to keep it running safely. I took it to my trusted mechanic, who performed a pressure test and confirmed an upper radiator hose leak. The vehicle is still well under warranty, so I reached out to Sir Walter’s service department expecting a straightforward fix. Instead, they’ve been dragging their feet—insisting I schedule an appointment at their convenience, drop off the truck, and wait for them to “figure it out” whenever they get around to it. No sense of urgency, no loaner vehicle offered, and no willingness to make this right without me jumping through unnecessary hoops. This is unacceptable for a dealership selling certified or warrantied vehicles. Buyers beware: inspect everything thoroughly before signing, and don’t count on prompt post-sale support. I’m posting this in hopes it lights a fire under them to resolve my issue properly, but based on my experience so far, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere for your next Chevy.

I am writing this review to warn anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from East Charlotte Nissan. This was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have had in over 20 years of buying cars. I purchased a vehicle from out of state, and the entire process—from start to finish—was unprofessional and unethical. The sales team was difficult to work with, unresponsive, and seemed more interested in closing a deal than providing any level of customer service. Questions went unanswered, communication was poor, and I constantly felt like I was being brushed aside. The finance department was equally disappointing. I am currently trying to cancel a service contract that I no longer need, and it has been nearly impossible to get anyone from the finance team to return my calls or assist me. For a department that handles thousands of dollars in contracts, the lack of follow-through is shocking and, frankly, irresponsible. As someone who has purchased many vehicles over the years, I can honestly say this was my worst experience by far. The combination of poor communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for customer service after the sale is unacceptable. My advice to anyone reading this: Do not do business with East Charlotte Nissan. Whether you're local or buying from out of state like I did, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of honest dealerships that will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Bought a "certified " Santa Fe there in April 25. Paint started peeling on front- end by June. Took it in only to find out that the has been wrecked. Had a clean Carfax, but three local bodyshops have stated that it's impossible to not see that the had been repainted. I'm convinced that this David Durst dealership knew that this car had prior damage and repair. Who else would offer a car for sale with a thick coat of yellow pollen if they weren't trying to hide something. The paint on the front-end continues to peel off. D. Durst Hyundai has denied they the repaint could have been seen during pre-certification inspection.

We purchased our 2025 Chevy Trax RS1 at the end of 2024. At first we were so excited to have a new family vehicle. Our rep was Davis Easton. He was nice and ok to work with, a little pushy but overall that was a good experience. But after the excitement has went away we started wondering about the finance process we went through. We are expecting a baby and need something more family appropriate. We traded the vehicle in and they were also questioning us why the cars price was basically 5,000 dollars more than what it should've been. Something had to of gotten tacked on that we had no clue about. Out the door price for the car was around 24,000 and when we left (mind you all we approved was for the GAP and that was only supposed to tack on 1,000 according to the paper work I have.) it stated that we were financed for over 31,000. Something just didn't add up. Will never go back to Tim Marburger, my husband always told me sketchy stuff went down at Marburger's and now I do believe that. Oh also before I forget, who ever was the finance adviser at that time was such a creep and pervert. Made me feel so uncomfortable. So glad my husband was there with me!

If you want to have your car serviced at Crossroads Ford of Apex expect to pay very high prices. Their diagnostic fee is $250, basically the price you pay for them to tell how much they will overcharge you for a repair. The labor to fix my problem took two (2) hours and cost $410 on the invoice, so their shop rate for labor is $205 dollars an hour!! On the final bill the line item for labor was listed as “supplemental work” and no breakdown of the hours or type of work for the job. There was also a charge for $40 in shop supplies to replace a horn?!? I asked an independent auto repair shop what they charged for the same repair including initial diagnosis, repair labor and part and the total was less than half of what this dealer charged. Not only is this service department ridiculously expensive, but I believe they will do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible with utter lack of transparency. Essentially, these folks are everything you would want to avoid when repairing your car. My advice is don't use them!!

I bought new tires for my car on September 21 last year, I remember well cause it was my son's birthday. Car started to wobble about a month ago. Had oil change on Saturday June 13 at @Westgate Kia in Wake Forest. Told them the issue. Manager John, drove the car around the building, came back and said confidently 'You need tires' I said okay, what's wrong with mine. The mechanic said, my boss said you need new tires, something about the belting. They refused to do the rotation as I need new tires. Told him I was taking them back to Walmart as they had never done me wrong. Went into Walmart on Monday June 15. They checked the tires etc. came back and said nothing wrong, the dealership is trying to make me spend more money. But have it checked out by someone else as they only do oil changes and tires at Walmart. Asked the mechanic at work. He thinks it's the CV's, 2-3 hundred for parts and a couple hours labor. Called another reputable place @AVEC Service Center in Raleigh, close to work, convenient. He says they want $155 to take it for a test drive and diagnostic and I can tell you right now, it's your transmission and it's gonna run you around 6-7000 dollars. Stopped at a mechanic's place on the way home. He test drove it and came back with the diagnosis of replace 2 CV's, buuuuut you can only get the parts at the dealership and they want $1078 and he'll only charge $400 for labor and the dealership needs a deposit so he needs a deposit so he can pay the dealership. I said how about if I come in and pay the deposit directly to the dealership with my debit card instead of two transactions. He says stop back tomorrow or the next day and we'll work something out. Are there any honest people out there? I am a 72 year old lady that must have a tattoo on her head that reads, 'I'm a simple and slow old lady, Please take advantage of me. If I could give this dealership repair shop a minus it would be a minus ten.

After a very disappointing experience with Hanna Imports. We were serious buyers — completed a credit application, had financing lined up, and were prepared to travel 9 hours to purchase the vehicle. Communication throughout the process was extremely inconsistent. We worked with multiple salespeople, had to repeatedly follow up for basic deal details, and never received a clear, properly structured breakdown in time to confidently move forward. After expressing concerns, we were told a manager would reach out directly to resolve everything. That never happened. Instead, we continued to receive generic responses, additional outreach from different salespeople who had no context, and no real progress. Despite being ready to move forward, the lack of coordination, urgency, and transparency made it impossible to proceed. To make matters worse, the vehicle was ultimately sold without ever providing the promised follow-up or giving us a real opportunity to finalize the deal. For anyone considering buying from out of state — do not make travel plans without having the full deal structure, communication, and management involvement clearly handled in advance. This experience was poorly managed from start to finish.

Mike Brinkman and Frank Nappi the finance manager made our purchase of a 2025 Maverick XLT extremely easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and Mike took the time to show my son how everything in the truck worked before our departure. While we were on vacation at Emerald Island I learned about a Front Lower Control Arm Ball Joint Do Not Drive recall Friday afternoon at 4:00 and we were leaving the next morning for a 9 hour drive home. I called Mike and he found a Ford dealer near us and contacted them to arrange an inspection the next morning before we left. He even called to make sure we passed inspection and everything was okay. Crossroads Ford has a great team in Mike and Frank, and Mike especially went above and beyond the type of care one usually sees nowadays. We greatly appreciate it and my son is really enjoying his new truck!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Beware of this very shady company. I purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee from them, and less than a month later the vehicle broke down. I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle, and was basically told, “It’s a used car.” He also told me the warranty they sold me would cover everything and instructed me to take the Jeep to a dealership for repairs. After the dealership inspected the vehicle, they found it wouldn’t even pass inspection. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend several thousand dollars on repairs, including: 2 new batteries 2 motor mounts Battery-to-alternator wiring replacement Alternator replacement Radio replacement Driveshaft replacement Water pump replacement Rear trunk motor replacement Thermostat replacement This vehicle should never have been sold in the condition it was in. The warranty was also extremely misleading. They claimed it was their “highest package” and would cover just about everything, but when it came time to use it, I found out it wouldn’t cover dealership labor rates because the dealership charged more per hour. After being instructed to take it there to only pay deductible. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying a vehicle from this company. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

On 6/26/2026 around 5:30pm, I visited Capital Chevrolet to see a 2020 BMW 740i listed for $26,799, stock #9C05525B, dealer fees included, listed on Autotrader. I was quickly greeted by Brandon Gonzales, who was friendly and quickly showed me the vehicle, which was just traded on a Corvette and not reconditioned. I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle. I’ve already driven them, and was ready to buy it outright, but needed to see if it fit in my garage. He explained that it wasn’t ready for me to drive, but I could do all of the paperwork upfront. When it was ready in a couple of days, I could test drive and if I like it, could just take it quickly. I agreed, and he wanted to talk numbers. I said that I would agree to purchase it for what it was listed for on Autotrader, and to verify that the cost was all in with dealer fees. This is where it takes a turn. He took my phone and left for a few minutes to show his manager. He came back with some made up xx story about how he doesn’t know how the Autotrader ad came to be, that he doesn’t know where that pricing came from, and implied that the pricing wasn’t from their team. I told him that you have to pay for an Autotrader ad, so they had to have made it, it doesn’t appear out of thin air. Basically, they said they wouldn’t agree to the price that they advertised the car for, so I left. I understand mistakes happen, but to lie to my face and insult my intelligence is just poor salesmanship, and if they’re willing to lie about making an honest mistake, how can you trust this dealership to do the right thing for the customer? I would have been willing to work with them on price if Brandon had the integrity to admit a mistake, but he lacked the character to do what’s right. Here’s a screenshot of the pricing - even though they claim to not have made the ad, I guarantee it magically will be updated within the next hour.
