I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable.
Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC.
In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area.
Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.
