My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.

I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. Your vehicle—and your wallet—will thank you.

Where do we begin?! We came to Flow of Fayetteville after Flow VW of Winston sent us to Flow GMC of Greensboro. When Greensboro realized we were shopping for a specific Acadia they sent us to Fayetteville, because it was available. Marty, Kenny,Josh, Jerry and Wade went above and beyond to make this crazy transaction work (turning in another brands lease to buy the Acadia). Flow has yet again earned our business and we will be back and we will make referrals. Thank you all! We love our 2022 Acadia!
