After he completed my charge for the service I remembered I forgot to ask how to open the key fob, because I suspected that my batteries in it needed to be replaced and he took care of having someone replace them for me at no extra charge!! That doesn’t happen often very often these day!! Merry Christmas!!

Made an appointment for "first thing in the morning" for routine service. Started a cup of coffee and replied to some business emails and before the coffee was gone was told my car was ready. Service Advisor Jeffrey Urbina reviewed the check list, I paid a very fair price and was on my way to the office. It was truely express service. Thanks for the great start to the day.

They give no service they did not want to honor my 50K mileage warranty my Volvo all they wanted to do is to try to lease me a new vehicle. They are trouble stay away from Volvo and Brooklyn. They charged me for it to diagnose my vehicle when I had the warranty I’m sure this is a consumer affair is issue
