Exceptional customer service from start to finish. - petecooks

Exceptional customer service from start to finish. What a fantastic experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Goldens Bridge. From the minute you walk in the door, there is a warm and welcoming vibe, starting with Jackie, the receptionist. She greeted me in a professional, friendly manner and after a brief chat, brought me to my meeting with Rey Baker. Rey, the GM of the dealership, was incredible! He gave me so many options and discussed numerous ways for me to continue my relationship with Mercedes Benz. He was friendly, fair and made me feel like I had been dealing with him and this dealership for years! Next I met Victor Varga, my sales rep who showed me the car I was most interested in and gave me a complete and thorough breakdown of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my car as well as MB in general and provided all sorts of info without being pushy. After making my final decision, I was introduced to the business manager Joe Prudente, who went through all the financial info in a clear and concise manner. He didn't rush anything but also moved through the lengthy process at a great pace. And when I asked him to explain something a second time, he didn't hesitate. My overall experience at MB of Goldens Bridge was outstanding. First class in every way! I highly recommend Rey Baker, Victor Varga and everyone at this dealership. They are top notch people who will make your car buying experience very pleasant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan Gardiner at BMW of Freeport! From our very first interaction, Jonathan was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making the entire car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. He quickly arranged a test drive, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and worked with me to put together pricing and a deal that made sense for me. I never felt pressured, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the personal touches. He made sure my new BMW was thoroughly inspected and in tip-top shape before delivery, and even had it waiting for me with a big red bow! Such a special way to celebrate an exciting purchase.
