The estimate for trade in for my current car from Kenny was very fair. The only reason I didn’t purchase from this dealership was for a dealership closer to my home. Thank you!

Fantastic! Our telephone call to LeadCar to buy a new car got an immediate answer to the availability and pricing questions we had. (All other dealerships we talked to were non-specific or unresponsive.) Noel, our salesperson, understood exactly what we needed and wanted, and he mentioned but did not waste our time on upselling. The finance/paperwork person also did not push extras. Together they took care of everything. The result was that we arrived at 1pm, and drove away as happy owners of a new Honda at 5pm. All done! Then we discovered we had left an important paper in the old car. Noel found it and mailed it to us, saving us a ton of aggravation trying to replace it. Noel, our salesperson, and Matthew, the money guy, went above and beyond to meet our needs. We highly recommend this team.

They are a no pressure environment, and everyone is so friendly! Also- extra points for being dog friendly so I could bring my pup along! They even have dog treats in the waiting area!!!! I would give 0 stars if this allowed me to. This dealer sold me a “ new “ car that was in a collision with another vehicle less than a month prior to my purchase. This dealer told me I was approved for my loan and two weeks later turned around and said they needed more information as the loan was not approved. When the damages were brought up to the sales manager syed I was continually blown off telling me they needed the documentation to provide the bank prior to speaking about my concerns of the corroding good on a brand “ new “ vehicle. They did not address these concerns and blew me off after I just spent 40k on a “ new “ vehicle I come to find out was in an accident, which is fraud and misrepresentation. When brought to dealers attention, was told they no longer work / deal w nardy Honda and told me to kick rocks but will investigate to see if Honda new about this collision, which I had already known they did not otherwise would not have been able to sell that vehicle at new car price and the dealer was covering up the prior collision. Now I have a vehicle I have spent 40k on and do not drive because I do not know what type of “ repair” was done and that the vehicle is safe. I do know whatever repair was done was not too Hondas repair procedures because they need to be requested from Honda and they would have not been allowed to sell this vehicle as new. This is the absolute worst dealer around and do not let the new name fool you, it is all the same employees committing fraud , just under a different name. Please don’t let this be you! do not buy a vehicle from here or you will be paying for a new vehicle you are unable to drive due to safety concerns. You’ll be kicking rocks on your walk to work as both dealers owners have told me to do. If you have further questions or feel that this has been done to you feel free to send me an email. Not a good place to buy!! Spent a full day dealing with this dealership. The general manager (Frank Kahn) doing the appraisals falls short in this category. He would not even match their sister dealership. He was $1600 under Williams Toyota, Matthew’s and surprisingly Simmons Rockwell right up the road. Mr Kahn claimed they can see what other dealerships offer in their system, as I showed him in writing, the offers. He claims he uses JD power and the going auction site (using Mannheim NJ). When I watched him evaluate my car he did so using the lowest ratings possible giving a less than fair price. I was told “this is a business” several times!! When I got on the same site to appraise, I came up with what the other dealerships were offering. I had full knowledge what I should expect for my trade as I have been shopping around. I was told the same person does the appraisals for the KIA building next door. Don’t think you’ll get any better on your trade there either!!! The manager at the KIA building did offer to help but I still was not getting my vehicles worth. The appraiser tried to say the tax credit you get for trading is part of your trade price. No, you get this credit no matter what for any trade any dealership! You are only allowed to test drive around their parking lot. This I find strange as I seen a female sales person with a plate in her hand. The salesmen I was working with (Curtis) willingly came in on his day off to finalize a deal with me. I thank him for that, but I was filled with false hope and a wasted day on my part too!! You did try to help and I genuinely think you felt bad you couldn’t do anything for me. Hopefully Williams Honda and Frank Kahn don’t underprice your worth. I understand “this is a business” but you lost a sale over $1600 bucks which ain’t crap to a dealership with several buildings and brands. Do your homework, know your worth as you won’t get this at Williams Honda or Kia.

Jeff Philips was fantastic. His professionalism was high and he was straightforward and easy to work with compared to other local centers. We actually bought a toyota from him (he's a honda salesman) that happened to be on the lot. First we went to the Toyota dealer and they paired us with a 20-something sales kid who didn't know much about the cars or the process, and didn't make us feel welcome. Then we stopped by Jeff's spot and he helped us immediately, listened to our needs, gave us all the space we needed to decide, didn't pressure us, and helped us close the deal while making us feel comfortable with our decision. He's great. We highly recommend him. I only wish he worked at a Toyota center!
