Bob explained things clearly and offered me a deal that I couldn't refuse. I researched what I was looking for and found it at Hartway Motors, I prefer working with smaller hometown dealerships and worked out what I feel is a fair deal with Derek and purchased the vehicle. My wife never saw the truck untill we picked it up, she has not stopped talking about how much she likes it. I would also like to thank Nicole (finance manager) who helped with the extended warranty and financing that fit into our budget. I highly recomend these individules at this dealership for making our purchase enjoyable and worthwhile.

Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Scheduled a time to have the transmission serviced in my 2020 GMC Denali and expected to have the fluid changed and internal filter replaced. Instead, they only changed the fluid and did NOT replace the transmission filter. I spoke to the service manager, who would not provide his full name (Scott) and he said it wasn’t necessary to replace the filter because they flushed the entire system with a detergent. My GMC service manual calls for a fluid and filter change every 45,000 miles. I will never use the service department at Davidson GMC again. I wasted $400.

My tires were bad I bought the car from them three day prior my car was bouncing and pulling to the right . My rear tire blew and that how I knew what my problem was service dept has no clue what they are doing . The man "vinny" don't trust him . They say a warranty is included and when all said is done and papers are signed no warranty . They are scammers I wonder if that's why they had to leave carriage traders in south glens falls

I cant say anything negative about my experience with Johnson Chevy. I was first contacted by Mike Evans, the Internet guy there. He was polite and patient, trying to work around my schedule and not his. Then I was helped by Guy Gabbey, a salesman there. He was such a nice guy; i would recommend anyone to buy a car from him. He honestly seemed interested in my life and was eager to help out in any way he could, he wasn't pushy or tried to get me into a car i couldn't afford or wanted. Finally i talked to Sergio Martinez; he's the general manager. He was so responsive and really just wanted my experience to be great there. After i purchased the vehicle. Tom Johnson the owner came up and thanked me and congratulated me; not something i have ever experienced. That's why this dealership gets a perfect score from me, because they cared!
