Excellent customer service. Hannah and Shaun were extremely attentive and focused on ensuring that the issue with my vehicle was fixed. Communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond. I had an issue that was likely related to a previous service visit, and they took care of it. Checked everything and secured a loaner for me so they could take their time diagnosing and repairing the issue.

My 2nd review for Audi Albany, We have had only great customer service amongst the team in Latham NY. It’s great feeling to be able to send an email to service manager Craig on a question about my wife’s Audi S4 and and get a quick response with an answer & a resolution. I called two weeks ago while on vacation in Maine and scheduled my Audi S4 35k mile checkup with John the service writer and he was extremely customer friendly and made scheduling my appointment seamless. My wife had to take car in as I had an important meeting to attend, John said the service would take approximately 3hrs and could set us up with a loaner so my wife could get some stuff done around the Latham area. That’s Great Customer Service! In my past reviews the thing that really stands out with this Audi branch is COMMUNICATION through text or phone calls during any of my service appointments. Thanks Craig, John & the Mechanic that did the service.

Lease agreement - Audi customer

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

After leaving, of course I had questions. Raymond was accommodating and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Visited Audi Hawthorne about a month ago for a test drive and I must say I was highly impressed by their customer service. I visited other Audi Dealerships on my search and they couldn't compare. I met with Carmelo and I must say he was amazing he is very professional and explained everything to me about the car I was there to test drive and answered all of my questions. I must say he is very passionate about his job. I also met Aniello the sales manager and he was just as professional and let me know I was in good hands. I let them both know that they blew the other Audi Dealerships out of the water and that I was highly impressed. There was absolutely zero pressure and I was very comfortable during my whole time there. I must say that Audi Hawthorne is probably the best dealership I have been to in my entire life and if you are in the market for an Audi I highly recommend checking them out. Also a big shout out to Ricky who I dealt with all payments. He was very professional and very patient in dealing with me and my credit union. In the end I ended up purchasing a 2021 Audi A4 and I could not be happier with everyone at this dealership. Thanks for an amazing experience Carmelo , Ricky and Aniello. But especially Carmelo he really deserves recognition. He is truly passionate about his job and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves after corporate reads this review. I am 110% satisfied that I happened to stumble into Audi Hawthorne. The entire team took the stress and headaches out of car shopping.

Stay away! - _annoyed

Stay away! Negligent is an understatement- shipping blocks were left in 3 of 4 suspension coils of my new S3. I took my car to a closer dealership and had to pay for removal. Open Road Audi of Manhattan is refusing to reimburse me because they’re upset about my survey response. Here’s an idea— actually do right by your customers and reach out to them instead of expecting 5 star responses for 2 star service.

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Great experience buying Q5 and A4. Ramon Rojas gave us the best deal on both cars! He even stayed after the dealership closed to answer our questions. No regrets switching from Mercedes where were about to get a car.

Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me. I had such a negative experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Queens for NJ registration. They overcharged me for DMV fees. Before purchasing the vehicle, they stated that ANY overcharge for DMV fees will be REFUNDED to me. After receiving my DMV receipt, I noticed they overcharged me around $200! So the refund check arrives from Audi Queens and I was only refunded $29! I contacted the sales manager Justin Liu about the discrepancy to which he was unable to explain why the refund was only $29 at first. The second day he stated everyone is charged the same amount for out of state plate (never mentioned on contract or verbally communicated through the whole purchase process) and ended with “there’s nothing I can do for you.” He was also extremely rude and unprofessional. So if you purchased a car here, look at your contract and compare it with the DMV receipt. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. They have no business ethics.
