My wife and I just purchased an Audi A5 Sportback from Mohegan Audi two days ago. We have been a customer of Mohegan Audi for over 25 years and have purchased many cars from the dealership. I got to know many of the employees and even the owner Barry Rost. Whenever I came for service or to purchase another Audi it was as if I was part of the crew. Recently Mr. Ross retired and sold the dealership to a company. The dealership did retain many of the former employees and a few new ones. I was a little nervous when I went to purchase our first car under the new ownership. I wasn't sure how the purchase would go. I was purchasing a car with my wife. We looked at many colors of the model we wanted, some in the show room, some on the lot and they even drove to their extra storage lot to bring all the colors that the A5 Sportback came in to show my wife and myself. We finally chose the color we wanted and we made the purchase. The deal was done just before closing and we were to pick up the car the next day. When the next day came my wife and I changed our minds on the color car we wanted. (All the paperwork was completed for the original car). The Sales Manager and our Salesman said "No Problem". I know this was a big headache for them but they still did it with smiles on their faces. We were happy and we felt we were part of the Mohegan crew again. I would like to thank the Sales Manager Anthony Augusta and Salesman Anthony Tezzi for going above and beyond. He worked with me to make sure I got everything I needed and helped me get the best deal possible. What I appreciated most was how patient and thorough he was. He took the time to go over everything about the car so I knew exactly what I was getting before I drove off. I never felt rushed or pressured. I purchased a Used 2018 Jeep Wrangler that they had on their lot, Leo the sales person lied to me on what he would get back for me. The entire department there never returns phone calls. Also, when I purchased the Jeep, I almost had an accident, they never fixed the issue w/the Jeep when it was sold to them. The Power steering turned off while I was driving on the highway, all the lights on the Dash board came on, I returned the Jeep with in the 30 days so they can fix the issue, but they never did. Also, the Right passenger power mirror did not work, they claimed they purchased a new motor, but that was not the case. It is still broken. Audi dealership in Hawthorne, NY is a a crappy company, that does not honor their customers. They rip them off for the little money that's owed to the customer. I wanted to transfer my Veteran CT plates to the Jeep and they shook me down for $495 for tag registration in CT, The tags cost $132 to transfer, they were supposed to refund me $371, what they gave me was $68. Not a friendly dealership, no return calls, no consistency! If I can give them zero stars I would.

I turned in an 2015 Audi leased vehicle for a new lease and was told I wouldn't have to pay for the last 3 month left on the 2015 vehicle. Recently I received a bill for the 3 months and was told Atlantic Audi communicated with them any such agreement. Has anyone had this problem?

bought my Audi last October -- just had my first inspection/oil change. Supposed to get a free car wash with EACH service visit. DIDN'T HAPPEN!!! Windows and outside of car were in exact same condition as when I brought it in. Have been used to service at Lexus where car was always returned spotless! Chose to wait for the car -- dealership can't even supply water for customers!!!!! Refrigerator was empty and service person had no interest in looking to see if water was available. Will be staying with my local mechanic for future service. Everything I heard about their service department after I bought the car is true!!

Great experience buying Q5 and A4. Ramon Rojas gave us the best deal on both cars! He even stayed after the dealership closed to answer our questions. No regrets switching from Mercedes where were about to get a car.

Recommended unecessary service - loveaudi

Be very careful with their service department. They were quick to recommend unecessary services in addition to the initial problem. In the end they were unable to correct the initial problem and simply said that the engine needed to be replaced. Shows me that they are more concerned about generating revenue that helping the customer. Find yourself an good independent garage!

By far the worst experience I have ever had. Do not purchase from Audi Cicero. They sold me a used Audi that spent more time in the shop than it did in my driveway! The sales manager Nate is not easy to work with and unreasonable. Kent in the service department is great. Would not recommend it to anyone.

I broke down six hours away from home pulled into storms seven am Manny Sslierno opened his door even though they were closed. Told they were booked for the day but said he would see what he could. A little while later came out told me they would look at it I was overjoyed I was totally stuck he figured out a way to get me in. His technician diagnosed the the problem immediately made needed repair very quickly and had me on my way. I can’t over emphasize how much I appreciate what Manny and his guys for me. Avoid Audi of Queens at all costs! My experience here was beyond disappointing due to the poor professionalism of their finance manager. The wait time was unbearable—over 2.5 hours just to sign papers. To make matters worse, the finance manager was caught red-handed trying to alter the deal and sneak in an extra $250! When confronted, instead of owning up to the mistake, he became obnoxious and unprofessional, trying to shift the blame to someone else. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The finance manager clearly needs a lesson in respect and professionalism from his superiors. If you're considering this dealership, think twice and save yourself the headache. There are far better options out there!
