Trevor was great when I brought my car in, but I asked - Susanne S.

Trevor was great when I brought my car in, but I asked that they check the air in the tires while performing the $650 of repairs that I approved (above the $200 reason I brought the car in for to begin with), so I wouldn’t have to do it. I don’t think that was too much to ask and I was assured it was done. Two days later I started getting a low tire alert, so I am not happy. I’m not blaming Trevor for this because he communicated effectively and was helpful and courteous, but someone working in the service bay was careless. Attention to detail is everything.
