I have been a customer at VOLVO since 1922 and have always received top notch service. This service was due to my car not charging at my home ChargePoint at level 1 charger. It took the VOLVO technician several system diagnosis but finally found the conversion at the OBC internally failed. The new part ordered and installed. Meantime I was given a loaner car and Tim Johnson called me with updates to keep me in the loop. I received specialized service with a positive outcome. I also appreciated my car was washed before returned. This was a very difficult case but the staff at VOLVO did not give up until the problem was solved 100%. I am very happy to remain a very satisfied VOLVO customer.

I took my S90 for a regular service. No issue so nothing to diagnose. When there is an issue- this is sometimes the biggest challenge- diagnosing it... So this time this was simple. I waited for 1.5 hours and got my car back serviced and washed. Good and efficient service!

2019 S60 T6 AWD momentum bought in 2020 at Ramsey Volvo in NJ. I have been having issues with the brakes since I purchased the car. Rotors have to be replaced again at 32k miles (after been replaced at 14k and 22k miles under warranty) because they are warped. This is a very well known and documented issue with Volvos. Dealer and Volvo Customer Service are claiming rotors are wearable parts so I have to pay for replacing them. Very disappointed by the dealer and Volvo. Unacceptable that rotors last then 10k miles and that such a well known issue (even my dealer Ramsey Volvo in NJ confirmed) is not taken care of by Volvo. Volvo lost a customer.

Buyer be aware !!!! We shook hands on a new lease after hours of negotiation as a returning customer with and salesman and the Gm . We went into a room with a finance / warranty guy who advised to speed up the process we could just sign at the x’s . We now are finding out these the deal we shook hands on for a 3 year lease was not what we agreed on but a 2 year . We were victimized by this dealership of a “ bait and switch”’and we were prior customers. The original sales person that we stayed in touch with apologized and advised us to go in for them to make it right but the General manager Paul Seetoo only resolved with attempting to upsell us after we came in , further insulting the wrong. We are a minority couple and feel like we were disrespected and disregarded . Make sure you comb through the details because the deceptive practices are in full use at this dealership . I would never have imagined this type of treatment as a long term returning customer.

Internet Sales Staff Lies to Customers - Jillian Coloe - Coloe Lies

Calling to confirm (after several email exchanges and telephone conversations with Jillian Coloe), that a specific vehicle was available, I was assured by Jillian Coloe and her sales manager less than 24 hours before visiting dealership that the vehicle was in stock. Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me.
