It was my first time at the dealership, not sure of where to park the vehicle. An employee saw I looked a little lost and came over to orient me. My vehicle was immediately evaluated by two service advisors who gave me a preliminary assessment. The texting notification worked well to let me know the final assessment and cost as well as approve. The vehicle was repaired and washed, and I was given the opportunity to ask questions. Everyone was very polite and helpful, and the customer service area was spotless. I will return to Manasquan Volvo for future servicing of our two Volvos.

John in service were great. I had a rush job - called in the morning, they saw me at 3pm and I was out in an hour. No hassle. Also, they did a nice quick wash - didn't expect that but much appreciated. Esma was very courteous and kind and got me in and out quick. Mike K is great with the onboarding / tutorial - very knowledgeable and helpful on getting that Google system up and running.

Another great experience from Service and their Manager Andrew Fuentes, the Service Writer, Joe, Lupita in scheduling, and even the Drivers, Ramon’s and Derrick. One of my tires had a bubble and once again had to drive my Wife to the Hospital the next day. Called Andrew around 11 and incredibly picked up the car by 1, had it back by 5 and even left me a loaner. 10 stars for this great Dealer.

Internet Sales Staff Lies to Customers - Jillian Coloe - Coloe Lies

Calling to confirm (after several email exchanges and telephone conversations with Jillian Coloe), that a specific vehicle was available, I was assured by Jillian Coloe and her sales manager less than 24 hours before visiting dealership that the vehicle was in stock. Coming from Philadelphia (1 hour drive), I wanted to be certain that I wasn't wasting my time. Upon arrival, Jillian Coloe handed me off to another salesperson who told me that the vehicle I came to purchase was being test driven by another customer. Less than 20 minutes later I was told that the vehicle had been sold the week before. Jillian Coloe was too much of a coward to respond to my request to come out of her office and explain why she blatantly lied to me.
