The service department installed new chrome trim after a piece fell off of my car. They installed the piece and charged me two hundred dollars, and then told me that there was another defective piece that w piece fell off of my car. They installed the piece and charged me two hundred dollars, and then told me that there was another defective piece that would affect the installation that they couldn't be responsible for anything that happened once I left. They did not have the courtesy or the honesty to inform me about the problem before they did the installation. So i'm according to them, If it falls off again, i'm stuck. More

Great dealership, great service technicians and great facilities. Appreciate that they washed and vacuumed the car - they did a great job.
