The usual salesman will tell you what you want to hear. At Edison Nissan they cut through the flowery language and lay it out the way it is. I don't have to filter the sales spiel through skeptic's filter-paper. They don't waste my time. Either we make a deal or we don't. Either way we remain friends. I have been going there for about ten years. It is the only car place that I trust. But don't trust them because I say so. Go there and find out for yourself. Today, in preparation for Mother's Day, the owner of Edison Nissan was standing outside in the rain, greeting customers and handing them expensive bouquets of roses for Mom. He decided that it's the least he can do to make a lousy Mother's Day a little better this year, despite economic collapse and widespread disease. Who else has such a big heart?

Anthony had my diagnostics done, parts ready to ship from New York, and a rental car waiting for me in one hour. My Altima was ready the next day, and runs like brand new. It isn't just the amazing work ethic, it is some greater purpose that everyone treats you as family. RUN, don't walk away from this dealership. The service dept. Repeatedly lied to me. On a design flaw on my car, where the recall had aged out- they told me "It could not be fixed". When pushed by Nissan Corporate- it could be fixed.. They lied and claimed the engine would have to come out in order to try fixing it - over 3,000 +, plus the actual repair. They stonewalling, stalled and Repeatedly lied. I had it towed out and taken to an honest, competent mechanic who fixed the problem with No engine removal for a small fraction of what these thieves asked. This total lack of morals, ethics and unprofessionalism could Not exist in an honest dealership ! RUN ! ! John G Sparta

This is our 4th Lease Nissan Rogue. from the same dealership. The car has been with us since last september. It was making a very loud cracking noise. We took it to Acme Nissan to be fixed, They said it is your fault you will. It is not covered under warantee. We contacted Acme Corporate Acme Nissan hurried to tell them it is our fault. We took it to another Nissan Dealer and they said we will fix it under warantie as it is Nissan defect in the Car. The Mechanic at Acme Nissan was very rude and full of it. I can tell you he does not know anything about cars. He just want people to pay and of course to gain a point as an employee. I was thinking of buying the car but after this experience I will never set foot at Nissan again. We are not valued and the people at Acme Nissan are dishonest. We will be looking at another brand but not Nissan. We learned our lesson

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.
