Well the other day I had a visit from my "Lincoln of Wayne" favorite person Able a Mobile Tech ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆i i could keep going with more STARS cause believe me he is so worth them. Had a little issue with my phones performance of remote features. So I called Lincoln and spoke to a tech who did barely anything says need to work with my phone and car. So I set up a mobile appointment. Of course, I make sure they were sending ABLE my STAR!! I can not find the words to express my appreciation of Able the person his knowledge, experience, work ethic and performance, politeness, and pure outstanding customer service! LINCOLN OF WAYNE, you have a VALUABLE asset in Able☆☆☆☆☆ DONT LOSE HIM!!!!

I went there to get part of my emissions fixed., the service department is always very professional , friendly and efficient. The crew is very nice and does a great job everytime i have been there. I have been purchasing and leasing my vehicles for over 20 years from Malouf. My go to person is Marlo Hirshon and she is an excellent sales person. She is professional, kind, caring and knows her products. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Professional, courteous and thorough. The install I had done took under 45 minutes and the Service Desk was amazing. The cost was 1/2 of what was quoted me by 2 different service centers. The waiting area is clean and you are offered coffee, bottled water and snacks. A+ operation.

Disappointed in the service from Ciocca Ford of Flemington. My once time GO TO Ford dealer I have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service provided by Flemington Ford. I have always given 5 star reviews as well as complimented staff on social media. On May 15 2024 I dropped off my 2021 F150 for service regarding a transmission concern. At that time I had 59,600 miles on the vehicle. Later that day I was notified that the Service Manager recommended I get the 60,000 mile service performed I will admit that I did not ask what this included (my bad) however I assumed that Ford's scheduled 60,000 mile service described in the owner's manual (replacing the engine air filter, cabin air filter, spark plugs and various system inspections) was what I was getting. The transmission repair was covered under the warranty and the only cost would be the additional 60,000 mile service I agreed to. The invoice total was $679.07 Two weeks later I dropped the truck off for an oil change and tire rotation. The multipoint inspection sent to me indicated I needed the air filter replaced. I was shocked to no filters were replaced during the service performed two week prior. When I reviewed the invoice for the 60,000 mile service the only parts listed were 6 spark plugs and some dielectric grease. When I called the Service Dept to ask what was going on I was told the 60,000 mile service only included changing spark plugs. After speaking with the Service Manager and asking him if he thought $679.07 for replacing spark plugs was excessive he told me: "Walmart prices are going up too and you still shop there". In the past I have never thought twice about paying premium costs for service knowing that my vehicle was being cared for by highly trained technicians and I was receiving the highest quality customer service. I always thought Flemington Ford was the best Ford dealer for miles around and always promoted the dealership with friends and colleagues. After this experience you can be assured I will never use Flem Ford again.

Perhaps I am accustomed to the service provided by Lexus, because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be contacted by a service representative to confirm my services and warranty coverage. They did not contact me. It wasn't until I had traveled an hour that I was informed detailing was not covered and would cost $550. Consequently, I arrived and left with a dirty car. More importantly, I would not have traveled an hour for minor warranty work. No courtesy wash, no vacuuming, nothing! Furthermore, the loaner car I received was dirty. There was a lack of customer service. My car was not charged when I picked it up, even though they knew I had about an hour's drive to and from this location (the closest to my home). In fact, an employee's car was charging on the charger instead of a customer's. I had to unplug that car to try to charge mine. I gave up and drove to a Chevy dealership and used their fast charger. Voicemails I left were not returned. My most recent voicemail regarding a part that was not replaced has still not been answered. Perhaps I received subpar service because it was a warranty visit. Is it possible that because I wasn't paying for the service, I received no service? My nex service appointment will be at Ciocca of Flemington. My next car will not be a Ford. I am going back to Lexus.

Over the years, I have dealt with other used car salesmen and mechanics and other Ford dealerships, no one else compares, not even close! An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing. While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though. After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly. At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience. But it gets better.. After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
