I had an excellent experience working with Eddie R. at Lexus of Bridgewater. He helped me find my 2026 Lexus RX 350h, and I couldn’t be happier with the car and the experience. I had a lot of questions throughout the process, and Eddie was consistently patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for rather than simply trying to make a sale. He also went above and beyond in some really thoughtful ways. He wrote a note for my family, which was such a nice personal touch and something I’ll remember. I would absolutely work with Eddie again and will be recommending him to my family. My husband already plans to go back to him when his 2012 Lexus eventually needs replacing. We’ve had a great experience with Lexus over the years, and their reputation for reliability is a big part of why we continue to choose the brand. Very poor and unorganized communications; service staff - NickNX450h+

Very poor and unorganized communications; service staff is so NOT coordinated. Texts, Emails from various sources that are not in sync. Somebody calls you to tell you the new part for the recall arrived and why you don’t have an Appt. I clarify that I have an appt. Then the day arrives and they DON’T install the part. They do other things. They want you to approve high cost repairs (urgent texts) when you have prepaid service visits which were discussed at drop off. You come for 2 recalls. You remind the guy that they have received your special parts. They miss one doing that recall! They Make you come back after the weekend . Sure I get a loaner , but that’s not an excuse. Is there a service manager, an organizer on site?? The database of customers and how it’s managed is so poorly handled, not a match with a high end famous brand… Overall it’s already very disappointing to pay more than $60K for a high end Lexus and already face two recalls (one is the whole display going blank on you while driving!!) and then face a messy and unmotivated service crew (4 poor performance individuals out of 5 involved). The Lexus app is so buggy too. The NX450H+ is a great car (hardware) but all above, Service, Software, Digital communications drop the respect you initially get for Lexus. I think I will be looking for alternative dealership/Service

They were responsive, transparent, and patient, and they consistently treated me with kindness and respect. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and worked hard to reach a great resolution. It’s easy to provide good customer service when everything goes perfectly. What impressed me most was how this team handled a situation that was far from routine. Their professionalism, integrity, and genuine commitment to making things right gave me confidence that they truly cared about me as a customer. I’m grateful for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lexus of Route 10 to anyone looking for a dealership that stands behind both its vehicles and its customers.
