Our Sales Person Jessie was great she took her time with us answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. She did not follow so close behind we couldn't breathe but close enough that when we needed her she sprung into action. Buying a car is a big decision with many frustrations, but Jessie made it quick, easy and very comfortable.

First visit for electrical problem $800 (which I do understand the difficulty). They took out the tire pressure module said that may be the problem but hard to tell. The next day same issue. On the 2nd visit they had it for a week but needed an additional $800, I declined the additional work. Went to pick up the car they never re-installed the TPM module. Told me that it would give the next mechanic a starting point. I did not drive the car immediately due to the electrical issue. When I moved it a few days later I noticed the front bumper was falling off the car. I called service department multiple times over a week, left messages NO response. When I finally talked to the service manager he of course said it didn't happen at the dealership. I took a pic of my car they day it was dropped off, no damage. He did not want to see the damager. He told me my car really wasn't worth repairing and he can 'hook me up' with the sales department. I turned the claim into my insurance, $5000 worth of damage. And yes, I did get the electrical issue resolved for a fraction on the dealer cost. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with the sales team, however I am extremely disappointed with the finance team. I learned after signing my paperwork that I was charged for a warranty and gap insurance that I did not ask for and was not told was being added to the price of my car. I would not buy from this dealership again.

Do NOT buy from Seaview CDJR. We went there to purchase a Jeep and drove an hour away to only be presented with a scam ‘mandatory $5,000 markup’ from MSRP. The manager claimed he had to pay $5k back to Jeep. We know this bs. He claimed it was because he had the lowest inventory in the state. We also know this is bs. His lot is FULL of new Jeeps. I saw other dealerships with a lot less new inventory of Jeeps. Then he offered me $2500 less. So, if he can offer 2,500 less then he is fos. You pay money off MSRP not on. It is not 2021 where inventory is low. Stop scamming people. Jeep corporate is dissatisfied with your practice and will be in contact sooner than later. Totally unethical. Glad I took a video and pics.
