This is the most disloyal dealership that I have known. They lie and try to overcharge you on everything. I live in Wayne and figured that I would give my business to a local company. My suggestion is to run away from them.

Things have not improved here. Trying to schedule a recall service and after two calls and one chat I only get sales solicitations and so far no service appointment. I wish I had any other Genesis service in the vicinity. Due to the bad communication I am doing the routine service elsewhere, but for a recall my options are limited. Not buying a new Genesis as long as I live close to this service location!
