To say that Phil, Chris and Lara went above and beyond would be an understatement. Take one buyer who couldn't pick a car, add in negative equity on a trade (my fault, they were generous), and you get one customer who was simply blown away by the responsiveness, patience, professionalism and results that this dealership team produced. The gorgeous Alfa Romeos bring you through the door, but the level of service and attention is unlike anything I have experienced at a BMW or Audi dealer. Thinking about the Maserati brand as amongst the finest in the world, maybe Alfa Romeo buyers at this dealership are simply the beneficiaries of Maserati level service (they sell those too) or maybe Alfa Romeo simply sets a new standard. Needless to say, the vehicles drive beautifully, the styling is unique and engaging, and I am just thrilled with my Stelvio, but the funny thing is that I am focused on the positive car buying experience above all else. Thank you all! You worked harder than you should have had to for me!

Worst Bait and Switch dealership! Zero customer service! - Posting again on their website as they just have autmated response saying contact us(to show they respond to reviews online) but dont provide any name or contact info. I had reached out for an used car at the dealership and told them what I price I wanted to be around via text messages. Also clearly told them that if they cannot be around that price, its ok, another lucky person can have it. Still was asked to come into dealership with text saying that "we will work on the best possible deal". I traveled for 1 hr. to the dealership(total 3 hrs for this ordeal), Sales rep was not welcoming, which I ignored thinking people have bad days. But when I asked for water - she told they dont have water :) even after the manager said they might have a water and coffee machine in the customer service area, (she told the manager there is nothing there - no attempt at letting me know about water fountain or anything) This is even before we talked about pricing :) on a 100k car. When talking about pricing - I was lowballed on the used car price and was told that for their car Online price was the price - no negotiating. When I told the Sales manager about the text messages conversation, he saw the text messages on his computer which detailed out conversation - but just shook his head. The dealership even had advertised and promised(in texts) a $50 gift card for test driving the vehicle, which to be honest dont expect from them if you dont buy from them as atleast I did not get. It would have prompted me maybe to give some positive points in the review. Still, to give them a fair chance - I texted them the next day about the experience and guess what - no response. Totally shady business. The sales rep said they sell cars internationally which maybe the reason they just dont care about local customers. I have owned around 10 good name brand cars and the cheapest one also had 200% better customer service than this dealership. Stay away as this was an experience for a car that costs about 95-100k. I had lined up the funds prior to going in thinking I would make the purchase - pure waste of time. Stupid of me to trust this dealership without reading any reviews online(read other reviews - all point to the same issue). Tread cautiously if you absolutely need to deal with this dealership. The owners need to seriously talk to their staff(unless the owners themselves run the dealership and hence the outrageous behavior).

Can’t say enough about my experience at Fullerton Alfa Romeo. Service was outstanding thanks to sales associate Jean Pierre and sales manager Scott Avellino. Definitely give my experience a five-star rating. All questions comments and concerns were addressed and they made sure I went home a happy costumer :)
