this was my first time at Concord Nissan and my experience with Rich Boyd was outstanding. I drove one Frontier and decided i wanted more creature comforts and was shown a different model. my wife and i loved it, but they did not have the color I wanted ... they found it, installed another feature i wanted and had it ready in a couple days. Closing the deal was the easiest I have ever had in 67 years of driving.

Purchased a new ‘18 Rogue 5 years ago. All inspections and service was done when due at Peter’s. I recently handed my Rogue over to my son for a cross-country trip. Wanted to get the car “looked over” for any foreseeable issues. Tara in the service department was super friendly, was able to get the car in the next day, and had a few minor issues taken care of that same day! She also pointed out and applied a dealer special discount they were running at the time. A follow-up call a couple days later to make sure everything was ok was greatly appreciated. The attention to details at Peter’s is unusual these days. Because of this, I recently purchased a new Murano. If interested in a new Nissan, I highly recommend Peter’s in Nashua. Their service department is exceptional.

Worth your time - we ended up not buying here as they didn’t have exactly what we were looking for. Dan in particular was awesome! He talked for a while with us about Armada trims, even though he knew they didn’t have what we were looking for on their lot. We ended up taking that advice and buying it at another local dealer that had what we were looking for (‘22 Armada SL). We liked these guys so much that we came back here to look for another car we were purchasing but they didn’t end up going with the Nissan product this time.

I booked an appointment for service through their program and they said they would contact me. I never received an email confirming my appointment, even though I purchased the Oil Change free for the vehicle when I bought the vehicle I went to pronto oil change and was told the could not do my oil change because of some plastic valve that they could not be responsible for. I have scheduled for VIP but not sure if they will be able to do my oil change either. Really disappointed I was not contacted back about my initial appointment at this establishment. Very disappointed of their care for their customers vehicles they sold.

My recent new truck purchase at Nissan Of Keene was simply beyond exceptional. They made the entire purchase process from start to finish a very enjoyable experience. Kudos to my salesman Andrew Wyman for his honesty, enthusiasm as well as product knowledge and professionalism. The entire sales process was enjoyable as this dealership did not pressure me into purchasing anything I did not request. In addition, they conveniently arranged my financing through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation at a very favorable interest rate. Andrew arranged to have my new truck delivered to my doorstep 65 miles away from the dealership. If you are in the market for a vehicle, don't walk but run to this dealership!
