Not only was my buying experience amazing . I came in today for my complimentary oil change and that was just as amazing . Dalene was waiting for me when I pulled in , she was so nice . Also the BEST part was when Dalene went over the inspection of my vehicle from top to bottom they didn’t insist on any unnecessary add-ons just for me to spend money! That also means they clearly did sell me a good vehicle in the first place . That is definitely hard to find these days ! They are most CERTAINLY a top notch dealership from sales to service !!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer from the Johnnie Walker RV dealership in Las Vegas, Nevada. I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment my wife and I stepped onto the lot, we were greeted with a warm inviting atmosphere. The staff at Johnnie Walker RV were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their work. Our salesperson was Joe Barbot. He took the time to listen to our needs and preferences, ensuring that we found the perfect recreational vehicle for my wife and I. His expertise and guidance made the entire purchasing process smooth and stress-free. The dealership's inventory was impressive. They made all the vehicles on the lot accessible to us so we could roam around, without them hovering over us. We took our time and found the perfect floor plan to meet our needs. What truly set Johnnie Walker RV apart was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to address any concerns or questions we had, even after the sale was finalized. When we arrived on the day of delivery, we were warmly greeted with a big white board sign welcoming us to their family of customers. Nice touch. LeeAnn then managed all the paperwork and documentation details making that process pretty painless. Upon taking delivery, and after some orientation and training, they had our new RV parked adjacent to the travel trailer we were trading in. This was all located in their mini-RV Park within their facility grounds, where we spent the night. This made it so easy to move everything over to our new RV. They even assigned us top-notch RV mechanic Jody Ramos. He ensured we were well-versed with all the features and operation of the RV, answering any questions we had along the way. Jody also took care of all the necessary adjustments, installing some upgrades while he was at it. Their dedication to ensuring our happiness with my purchase was truly commendable. Furthermore, the dealership's facilities were top-notch. The showroom and facilities were clean, well-organized, and showcased the RVs beautifully. We already have confidence with their service department after dealing with Cole on our trade-in. Also, shout out to Derrick for helping us with the upgrades to our new RV. Overall, our experience with Johnnie Walker RV was exceptional. These people only want your money and don't care about your safety obviously! I do not recommend them at all, very deceitful. Too many problems and they are not working with us to get them resolved ! This is my opinion and experience.

Salesman was fine. Contract man was very good in taking the most money from the down payment on commission fees for him. Cougar does not build a quality product. Replaced bathroom sink-cracked. Lost exterior lights on right side. . Slide out storage broke second time we took it out.Interior molding falls off. Exterior water shield falls off. Central control had to be fixed or replaced.

We actually enjoyed our Subaru buying experience with our salesman Robert Swartz. I would definitley return to this dealership the next time we are in need o another car. In fact, my husband is looking at a Toyata on a Hohl lot.

Was trying to by a Tuff Stuff trailer and saw that RV Country carried them. Mesa did not carry them but they had the perfect one in their Sparks store. Jennifer working with Colby in Sparks NV assisted in completing the sale online and having the unit shipped to my Daughters home where I could pick it up. Having been a display unit it had some wear issues and was missing a part. Jennifer, Colby and Rose in parts handled the issues straight away and sent me new parts (including new tent material). Very happy with the way RVCountry and their folks stood by their product and the timeliness of the services provided. Would purchase again from them in a heartbeat. Sometimes you just never know when you buy something like this online. These guys are great and would highly recommend!! Please feel free to use my review. You guys earned my trust and business. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Purchased a Used Fifth Wheel Travel Trailer on 11/17/23. I will admit I had every opportunity to walk away from this sale with the loss of a $1500 deposit that the dealership said was non refundable, the deposit was made against my better judgement. First inspection of the RV after deposit was made over the phone showed multiple flaws with the unit and I was willing to allow the dealership to make the necessary repairs before pickup date. On the pickup date our inspection showed the repairs were not completed as promised and our deposit was at risk of loss if we did not allow them to try and make the necessary repairs on the pickup day. The walkthrough technician was extremely frustrated with my requests and continually slammed the plastic refrigerator door and told me to use “Man Strength” if I wanted it closed, it was clearly broken. This experience was terrible and a show of poor customer service. After all day in the dealership we opted to take the unit as it was as to not forfeit our deposit. Fast forward 24 hours and the problems started to show face. Stereo not working for more than 5 minutes, Hot Water Heater not working after Tech De-Winterized the unit, Refrigerator making loud sounds, and the worst was the faulty landing gear collapsing and causing major damage to the RV. After multiple phone calls and emails I was eventually told these problems were all mine and the dealership wanted nothing to do with assisting in any of the problems that arose, they did offer to give a quote to fix the damage done by their faulty RV. As it stands this RV is currently stuck on the back of my truck and can not be removed as the landing gear is completely broken. As a buyer I would be cautioned against doing business with this company as their values are clearly those of profit and nothing more. Mark my words, you WILL REGRET purchasing anything from this company and they will not stand behind anything they promise. You have been warned.

would never attempt to do business with this dealer again. I ordered a new Renegade Verona from them originally at 10% over dealer cost and was told if I wanted a classic by both the sales manager t and the their renegade rep that my purchase margin would be the same 10% over cost. After switching to the Classic I was told they wanted 15% over cost because they get only 2 a year by the dealer (a completely false statement, they only get 2 XL's from my understanding) and later found out they were not even a classic dealer. The coach MSRP was approx 495K divided by 1.4 equals 353k but renegade had a dealer cost of 40% less than the MSRP at the time not including the shipping charge they tack on from what I have read and Van CIty has some kiind of handling fee they were charging me of approx 4500.00. They also initially were expecting me to buy both coaches for some reason so I would have the Verona in the interim, but later graciously allowed me to switch the deposit to the classic. After great consideration I decided to go elsewhere and am happy with my decision. I tried to work it out with the Van City owner and Renegade National sales manager, but they were not willing/able to help resolve the deposit refund or even a portion of it. I understand it was supposed to be a non refundable deposit, but if they were not even a Classic dealer how would they of fulfilled the agreement after giving them another 175K non refundable deposit that they requested? I would of thought at approx 353,000 cost to the dealer and 389,000 net after the sell that would of been a 36,000 profit for 1 pre sold RV would of been enough. Who knows who bought the all white 2024 Verona LE 40LTS I passed on but if they paid a lot more for it than I was they sure gave this dealer an enormous profit. You would think that Renegade would of put more pressure on the Dealer since there Rep (had called me threatening(saying you don't want someone to come knocking on your door if the word on dealer cost gets out there)? me about how I knew the actual dealer cost( explained to him how a different dealer had sent it to me and sent him a copy of it) and then he realized I just wanted a fair deal referred to Van City had all along given me build sheets for a Classic knowing they were not a Classic dealer. There are dealers that are fair and dealers that just don't care!
