Salesman was fine. Contract man was very good in taking the most money from the down payment on commission fees for him. Cougar does not build a quality product. Replac Contract man was very good in taking the most money from the down payment on commission fees for him. Cougar does not build a quality product. Replaced bathroom sink-cracked. Lost exterior lights on right side. . Slide out storage broke second time we took it out.Interior molding falls off. Exterior water shield falls off. Central control had to be fixed or replaced. More
